摘要： The embodiments provide an additional information insertion apparatus for a broadcasting system. The system includes a broadcasting signal transmitter configured to transmit a broadcasting signal along with a data extractor configured to extract a modulated signal by dividing the modulated signal from a modulator of the broadcasting signal transmitter. An additional data generator is configured to extract synchronization of the broadcasting signal from the extracted broadcasting signal, modulate the additional information based on the extracted synchronization, and generate a level of the modulated additional information to be a smaller level than a signal level of the modulated signal by as much as a predetermined value. A data synthesizer is provided to insert the additional data from the data generator into the modulated broadcasting signal.

The apparatus for improving a performance of a pre-equalizer in a transmitter of a digital broadcasting system having a feedback path for adaptively generating a filter coefficient of the pre-equalizer, includes a reference signal generator for generating a reference radio frequency (RF) signal, a feedback path estimator for estimating transmission band characteristic information for the feedback path based on the reference RF signal generated from the reference signal generator, and a feedback path compensator for compensating a demodulated signal transferred through the feedback path based on the estimated transmission band characteristic information from the feedback path estimator and generating a filter coefficient of the pre-equalizer.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for transceiving a broadcast signal in a digital broadcast system. The method for transmitting a broadcast signal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: generating a main signal using main data; generating an additional signal, the power of which is lower than that of the main signal, using a plurality of additional data; generating an additional signal frame using the additional signal and a frame header; and generating a broadcast signal using the main signal and an additional signal frame. The frame header is used in selectively extracting the plurality of additional data from the additional signal frame. According to the present invention, additional data can be efficiently transmitted while maintaining compatibility with existing digital broadcasting systems.

Engineer information for defining engineers, which includes 3D broadcasting service configuration information, is generated, and then an encoded 2D base video stream, an encoded audio stream, the encoded 3D additional video base stream and the engineer information are multiplexed and transmitted via a base layer. 摘要： A repeater having different input and output frequencies converts a signal received with the input frequency to a first intermediate frequency signal based on a local oscillating frequency for intermediate frequency conversion, and converts the first intermediate frequency signal to a second intermediate frequency signal by performing digital processing on the first intermediate frequency signal. Then, the repeater generates a first frequency tone signal that corresponds to a difference between the input and output frequencies, and generates a second frequency tone signal from the local oscillating frequency for intermediate frequency conversion and the first frequency tone signal. The repeater up-converts the second intermediate frequency signal to the output frequency based on the second frequency tone signal, and transmits the signal.
