    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacking method which can lay box culverts even though a coupling part is flexible. SOLUTION: A propulsion force transmitting rubber material 3 is interposed between coupling surfaces 2a of box culverts to be coupled together, surrounding the outer peripheral surface. Further, a meandering preventing fitting which is stretched between the inner surfaces of both box culverts 2 and which can set these box culverts in a temporarily rigid condition, is temporarily laid. The rubber material 3 can restrain the degree of expansion and contraction effected in a flexible coupling part by a propulsion force during propulsion, and disperses a support pressure so that the propulsion force can be transmitted without being hindered by the coupling part. Further, a propulsion support fitting can prevent the flexible coupling part from being distorted, and being vertically or horizontally displaced. With this arrangement, the transmission of the propulsion force can not be hindered and meandering can be prevented even though the coupling parts of the box culverts 2 are flexible, thereby it is possible to use a propulsion process as a process of laying the box-culverts.

SOLUTION: To the one end of a reinforcing and connecting shaft 18 that is to be penetratedly embedded in a prescribed position in the longitudinal direction of a concrete secondary product, the rear part of a cylindrical female connecting body 5 that is to be embedded on one side end surface is connected; and to the other end of the reinforcing and connecting shaft 18, a cylindrical male connecting body 12 that is to be embedded on the other side end surface is directly connected, or it is arranged so as to be fitted at the time of connecting work when it is connected to the other concrete secondary product; and the projected taper shaft part 7 of the male connecting body 12 is fitted in the connecting inner taper part 2 of the opposite concrete secondary product female connecting body 5. Further, at least one engaging claw 11 capable of being intruded in the inside through an elastic body laterally projected around the taper shaft part 7 is locked with the projection that has been provided to the claw-receiving stepped groove 4 on the inner taper side, so that the opposite concrete secondary products are brought into face contact connection to each other.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture concrete structure, by which high strength is revealed, at favorable production efficiency under the condition that high productivity is maintained by a method wherein forms, between which two concrete molding spaces are present, are formed and reinforcing bars are placed therein and, after concrete is cast, compacted, by vibration and cured, pre-stresss is introduced in the reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of two per set of PC steel materials 7 are placed horizontally in parallel and tensed. Further, by mounting a circular crosssectional inner form 3 and partition forms 4, which vertically extend above and below the inner form along the center line, bisect the two sets of PC steel materials. Stirrups are assembled on both the side of the inner form 3 and of the partition forms 4 and furthermore form members 1 and 1 are mounted to the stirrups so as to form an outer form 2 in order to produce a form 6 having two concrete molding spaces 5 and 5 between the inner and outer forms 3 and 2. Concrete is cast in the molding spaces 5 and 5, compacted by vibrating a supporting cradle and cured. After the curing of the concrete, the tensing of the PC steel materials 7 is started so as to introduce pre-stress in the molded concrete structure.
