摘要： A semiconductor memory device includes signal lines, a decoder for decoding an inputted address to output the decoded result to some of the signal lines, a matrixed memory array, a part of which being pre-specified as a compensated area, read out means for reading out data from memory cells in an area specified in accordance with a decode signal on the some signal line, a detector for detecting that the address is related with the compensated area from the decode signal on the some signal lines, the compensated area being pre-related with the some signal lines, and a fixed data outputting circuit for merging predetermined data into a predetermined part of the data read out from the memory cells in accordance with the detection signal to output the merged data. The fixed data outputting circuit is controlled by a control circuit in response to a merge control signal to output the data read out from the memory cells without the merging operation.

The laminate is produced by a process comprising co-extruding a soft polyolefin resin and an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester-maleic anhydride terpolymer resin to prepare a two-layer sheet and continuously laminating a soft urethane foam fabricated in a stratiform state on the ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester-maleic anhydride terpolymer resin layer by hot pressing. The laminate has a satisfactory appearance, toughness, a soft touch, and a cushioning effect.

摘要： An aqueous dispersion of a cationic polymer is disclosed, which is obtained by reacting an ethylene copolymer comprising from 40 to 80% by weight of ethylene and from 20 to 60% by weight of at least one aminoalkyl acrylamide comonomer represented by formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 each represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and n represents an integer of from 2 to 4, and having a melt index, as measured in accordance with JIS K-6760, of from 10 to 1,000 g/10 min with hydrochloric acid in water to form a quaternary salt and subsequently reacting the resulting quaternary salt with an epihalohydrin compound through addition reaction. The aqueous dispersion provides a coating film having an improved electrical conductivity or produces effects to simultaneously improve degree of sizing and wet strength of paper.
