    • The un-interruptible power supply system mainly contains an electricity detection device and a power supplying module. The electricity detection diction is connected to the in-house wiring and detects the state of electricity on the in-house wiring. If abnormality is detected, a wireless transmitter in the electricity detection device would radiate a wireless signal indicating such an abnormality. A wireless receiver in the power supplying module would receive the wireless signal and thereby activate auxiliary power provisioning. As such, the present invention is able to accurately maintain product operation as long as the power provisioning from the in-house wiring is normal, and to sustain the power provisioning precisely when there is a black out.

    • A package structure and its related electricity supply system are disclosed. Two substrates of the package structure are directly or indirectly served as current collectors of the electricity supply system. The sealing frame of the package structure is made of several adhesive layers having high moisture-resistance and/or high gas-resistance. Hence, the package structure mentioned may not only provide a novel electrical conduction module to lower the intrinsic impedance of the electricity supply system itself but prevent the moisture and the gas outward from the electricity supply unit inside the package structure as well. Consequently, the electrical performance and safety of the electricity supply system are both improved.

    • A method for manufacturing a composite shoe insole includes a) placing EVA material having at least one bonding zone into a die, b) applying a PU film around a peripheral wall of the bonding zone of the EVA material, c) heating the EVA material, d) placing PU material at a liquid state into the bonding zone, e) solidifying the PU material so that the PU material is combined with the bonding zone to form a shoe insole, and f) stripping the shoe insole from the die to remove the shoe insole. Thus, the composite shoe insole closely combine the EVA material with the PU material, so that the composite shoe insole has a lighter weight by the EVA material and has a soft elastic feature by the PU material.

    • A novel vertical poly load device in 4T SRAM and a method for fabricating the same are disclosed. The poly load structure is a vertical device formed on a buried contact. The poly load vertical device is constructed by forming a hollow in a planarized dielectric layer with a high temperature oxide layer on the walls of the hollow and with lightly doped n-type polysilicon in the hollow. The poly load is connected to the respective drain of the driver transistor through the buried contact and to the gate of the respective gate of the other driver transistor through a connecting line. The resistance of the poly load will increase, as the voltage of the buried contact becomes low thereby reducing the standby current.

    • An SRAM cell formed on a semiconductor substrate with low standby current is disclosed. The memory cell includes a first inverter, a second inverter cross-coupled to the first inverter to form a storage element, a first load device coupled to the first inverter, a second load device coupled to the second inverter, a first access transistor coupled to an output port of the first inverter, and a second access transistor coupled to an output port of the second inverter. In this memory cell, the first load device is placed over the second inverter with substantial overlapping therebetween, so that resistance of the first load device increases when an input of the second inverter is at a low potential, thereby decreasing a standby current of the first load device. Similarly, the resistance of the second load device increases when an input of the first inverter is at a low potential.
