    • The present invention relates to a power supply apparatus including: a converting unit for converting an applied voltage into a predetermined level; a switching unit opened or closed to control current flowing in the converting unit; a detecting unit for detecting occurrence of overcurrent when a voltage applied to the switching unit is higher than a preset reference voltage; and a control unit for performing a protection operation when the overcurrent is detected more than a predetermined number of times within a predetermined time from when the overcurrent is detected and can prevent malfunction due to noises.

    • In accordance with another representative embodiment, a high-frequency signal transmitter a power amplifier configured to supply a high-frequency signal; an antenna configured to transmit the high-frequency signal; a transmission line configured to transfer the high-frequency signal from the power amplifier to the antenna; and an impedance matching circuit connected to the transmission line. The high-frequency signal transmitter also comprises a mismatch detector. The mismatch detector is configured to designate a comparatively poor linearity region and a comparatively good linearity region by dividing a Smith chart into the two regions based on Adjacent Channel Power Ratio (ACPR) contours drawn on the Smith chart at a point on the transmission line where the impedance matching circuit is connected, to measure a time-dependent reflection coefficient of the high-frequency signal transmitter in terms of a phase and a magnitude, to determine whether the reflection coefficient is located in the comparatively poor linearity region or the comparatively good linearity region, and based on a result of the determination, to improve the linearity of the high-frequency signal transmitter.

    • There is provided a driver for light emitting diodes capable of differently setting duties in which driving current flows depending on respective light emitting diode (LED) channels according to a voltage deviation between the LED channels in order to reduce heat generated due to the voltage deviation between the LED channels. The driver for LEDs includes: a detecting unit detecting a voltage drop generated in each of a plurality of LED channels receiving driving power having a preset voltage level; a converting unit converting detected analog values from the detecting unit into digital values; and a driving unit differently setting switching duties in which driving current flows in each of the plurality of LED channels according to the digital values from the converting unit to drive the plurality of LED channels.

    • The present invention provides a module for controlling an LED current for selective feedback, an apparatus and a method for driving LEDs using the same. The module for controlling the LED current, which is connected to a plurality of LED channels receiving driving powers supplied from at least one DC/DC converter and controls currents of the LED channels through a constant current, the LED current controlling module includes: an operation mode selector for selecting an operation mode according to an inputted enable signal level; a channel divider for dividing a plurality of LED channels into at least one group according to the selected operation mode; and a minimum voltage selector for selecting an LED channel with a minimum voltage, obtained by comparing voltages detected from each of lower ends of the LED channels included in each of one or more divided groups.
