    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new azeotrope-like composition exhibiting an azeotropic property or behavior (an azeotrope-like property) close to the azeotrope and capable of replacing a cleaning agent suitably used for degreasing of grease, processed oil, etc., used for metal components as processing or rust prevention and removal of flux in production of a semiconductor and other applications such as a foaming agent, a working medium, a dispersing agent, an electrical insulating agent by using, as a base, a hydrofluoro ether free from fear disrupting an ozone layer and not containing chlorine.
      SOLUTION: The azeotrope-like composition is composed of a nonafluorobutylmethyl ether and tetrafluoropropanol. The azeotrope-like composition is preferably composed of 80-99.5 wt.% nonafluorobutyl methyl ether and 20-0.5 wt.% 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropanol.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electroconductive fluororesin composition comprising a hot-melt fluororesin powder and an electroconductive carbon black, which composition gives a molded article having stable electric resistance and a smooth and precise surface state and is suitably employable for a holding jig and a tube used in a semiconductor-manufacturing apparatus and for a roll and a tube of an OA equipment, and to provide its manufacturing method.
      SOLUTION: The electroconductive fluororesin composition comprises the electroconductive carbon black and the hot-melt fluororesin powder, and exhibits two crystallization peaks as observed by a DSC apparatus, where the height ratio of the crystallization peaks (higher temperature peak/lower temperature peak) is at least 0.65 and/or the ratio of the area of the higher temperature crystallization peak [higher temperature peak area/(higher temperature peak area + lower temperature peak area)] is at least 0.18, or the glass transition temperature of the composition as measured by a dynamic viscoelastic measuring device is lower by at least 3°C than that of the neat fluororesin.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene to the mold as well as the foaming of molded product by a method wherein the copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and one or two kinds of comonomer, shown by the formula I, is heated to melt it, thereafter, the copolymer is cooled and solidified in the metallic mold, coated by polyallylenesulfide (PAS). CONSTITUTION:The dispersion coating medium or powder coating medium of PAS is coated on the metallic mold by the conventional technique such as spraying, dipping, brushing, roller coating, fludization dip coating or the like and, subsequently, is baked at the temperature of 300-450 deg.C. Heating and melting are effected outside of the metallic mold or in a barrel in case of injection molding while they are effected in a pot in case of transfer molding. Successively, the molten copolymer is poured into the metallic mold coated by PAS. On the other hand, the copolymer is heated and molten in the metallic mold, coated by PAS, in case of compression molding, rotary molding or the like and, successively, is cooled and solidified in the metallic mold.

CONSTITUTION:A heat-shrink tube made of a heat-fluid fluorocarbon resin (preferably, a copolymer with a specific melt viscosity of 5X10 -1X10 poise produced from tetrafluoroethylene and a fluorinated ethylene-like insaturated compound) is shrinked and fixed on a cylindrical article (e.g. alminum product) above 60 deg.C but below the melting point of the resin and then, fused thereon at the temperature exceeding the melting point of the resin. USE:The product is used for thermal fixing rollers for electronic copying machines.

      4 , the explosion and carbonization can be prevented. There is no carbon deposition to the reaction tube, and little clogging of the reactor and lowering of the heat transfer coefficient. The troublesome operations such as cleaning of the reaction tubes are not necessary.
