摘要： A wireless rail detection system is disclosed. A wireless detecting device is disposed on a trolley. When the trolley moves along the rail, the system acquires image and temperature data of the rail through a camera or a temperature measuring device of the wireless detecting device. The data is then transferred to a remote monitoring device through a wireless transmission interface for the factory staff's inspection. Therefore, the danger and the manpower of the manual detection method can be reduced. The purpose of monitoring the state of the rail can also be achieved.

摘要： A speed detection method. A range finder acquires a specific number of distance measurement samples of an object during a period of time. A new unit of measurement larger than respective movement distances of the object in a first period and a second period is acquired. Rough measured distances D1 and D2 respectively corresponding to the locations of the object in the first period and the second period are calculated by comparing portions of the distance measurement samples corresponding to the first period and the second period utilizing the new unit of measurement. A scope is determined based on the D1 and D2 for filtering the distance measurement samples. The speed of the object is calculated based the filtered distance measurement samples.

摘要： This invention provides a method for combining overlapping DNA molecules comprising: (a) providing first and second DNA fragments, the first having a region homologous to a region in the second; (b) tagging the first DNA fragment with a selectable marker; (c) cloning the first DNA sequence into a retrieval vector to form a DNA-vector complex; (d) linearizing the DNA-vector complex; and (e) inserting the first DNA fragment from the DNA-vector complex into the second DNA fragment using homologous recombination to form a combined DNA molecule; and (f) removing the selectable marker, thereby generating a combined DNA molecule. The invention further provides a vector for retrieving and inserting a selected DNA molecule into a target DNA molecule.
