    • An angle positioning device of a rotation shaft includes a first pivot portion and a second pivot portion. The first pivot portion includes a first face having a positioning portion, a first path and a second path divided by the positioning portion. The first pivot portion includes a second face having a returning portion, a third path and a fourth path divided by the returning portion. The second pivot portion can move along the first path, the second path, the third path, and the fourth path. When the second pivot portion moves from the first path to the second path, the pivot angle is increased. When the second pivot portion moves from the third path to the fourth path, the pivot angle is decreased. When the pivot portion moves from the first path to the positioning portion, the pivot angle cannot be decreased. The second pivot portion can move from the third path through the returning portion and back to the first path.

    • The present invention provides a serving-grant allocation method for a high-speed uplink packet access system. It includes these steps: a. Transmission of the serving-grant initial allocation message to mobile subscribers via network; b. The mobile subscriber decides whether setting the stored-secondary-grant is needed based on the initial allocation message description. If it is needed, then set the stored-secondary-grant to the value indicated in the aforementioned initial allocation message. The present invention solves problems such as the mobile subscriber can not allocate stored-secondary-grant during wireless channel allocation, or the primary/secondary grant can only allocate one out of the two, and the subsequent process issues that occur as a result of stored-secondary-grant not being set up during the initial allocation with the existing technology. The present invention effectively enhances the usage of the wireless channel and network's capacity to exercise control over mobile subscribers, thereby reducing system complexity, and improving system performance.

    • A quick-installation structure of a toilet seat cover assembly includes two positioning rods which are fixed on a toilet and two connection devices which are disposed on the toilet seat cover assembly and correspond to the two positioning rods, respectively. Each of the connecting devices includes a sleeve formed on a toilet seat, a rotating axle fixed to a cover, a connecting block connected to the rotating axle, a connecting sleeve fitted on the connecting block and a button connected to the connecting sleeve. The connecting block includes a main body, an engaging plate and a first restoration spring. The main body is longitudinally formed with a positioning hole. The engaging plate and the first restoration spring are laterally and pivotally connected to the main body above the positioning hole. The engaging plate is moved to swing by pressing the button. The positioning rod has an annular groove at an upper portion thereof and a cone with an inclined surface. The engaging plate of the connecting device can be swing to engage with the annular groove of the positioning rod which is inserted in the connecting device, such that the toilet seat cover assembly can be assembled on or disassembled from the toilet quickly.
