摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely mount a molding in a groove although the groove varies in mounting depth. SOLUTION: A mounting groove 2 for a molding is recessed and formed on a overlaping surface of a car roof panel. A plate to be clipped 5 hangs down on a inner surface of the molding M which covers the inner surface of the mounting groove 2 of the molding. A clip C made of a metal spring plate member is fixed to the bottom surface of the mounting groove 2 of the molding, while the clip C having a pair of clipping pieces 6 bendably rises. The clipping piece 6 has clipping parts 6B facing to each other. Regardless of variation in the depth of the mounting grooves of the molding, the clipping piece 6 clips the plate to be clipped 5 at any height, holding it in a condition to prevent the molding M from being pulled out.
