    • A patient monitoring system includes an input unit and a patient monitor. The input unit has a first display section that displays a setting screen for the patient monitor, an input section that receives an input of setting information for the patient monitor, and a first communication section that transmits the input setting information to the patient monitor. The patient monitor has a second communication section that receives a biological signal of a patient and the setting information from the input unit, a second display section that displays vital sign information of the patient, and a controller that converts the biological signal to the vital sign information to control a display on the second display section, and changes, upon receipt of the setting information, a setting of the patient monitor in a state in which the vital sign information is displayed on the second display section.
