    • PURPOSE:To ensure the combustion of volatile fuel oil with low cetane numbers without degrading fuel consumption and output by multiplexing an ignition means igniting depending on the opening of a throttle valve adapted to be closed in adjustment when misfire is detected by an ignition sensor. CONSTITUTION:In a controller 22, the operating condition of an internal combustion engine for the time when misfire is detected by an ignition sensor 30, is detected by both engine speed and the opening of an accelerator transmitted from an engine speed sensor 27 and an accelerator sensor 28. And a target opening for throttling a suction throttle valve 11 and a duty ratio are computed to meet the operating condition. Based on these computed values, a pulse control is provided in energizing a VSV 19 for opening a negative pressure passage 21 between a vacuum pump 20 and a negative pressure chamber 17 so as to close the opening of the suction throttle valve 11 in adjustment. And the number of igniting by an ignition means 7 is computed simultaneously depending on the operating condition of the internal combustion engine 31 for outputting the number of igniting to an igniting number controller 26 so as to make the ignition means 7 multiplex the ignition.
