摘要： A method for manufacturing wireless communication devices for use in tracking or identifying other items comprises a number of cutting techniques that allow the size of the antenna for the wireless communication device. Further, the chip for the wireless communication device is nested so as to be flush with the surface of the substrate of the wireless communication device. Rollers cut the tabs that form the antenna elements. In a first embodiment, a plurality of rollers are used, each on effecting a different cut whose position may be phased so as to shorten or lengthen the antenna element. In a second embodiment, the rollers are independently positionable to shorten or lengthen the antenna element.

A winding assembly is operably mounted to the frame and includes a rotating winding element having a wire receiving region and a wire winding region for winding the cut wires to remove the wires from the bale.

摘要： A bale (20) of pulp is loaded onto a turn conveyor (18) and the turn conveyor transports the bale from where it was loaded to the operating position, where a containment disk (22) is lowered onto the top of the bale to restrain the wires wrapped around the bale during severing. A control arm (16) moves a severing head (24) until the head is in contact with the lateral surface of the bale, and keeps it there during the severing and removal process. The turn conveyor rotates the bale through 360 degrees about its vertical axis, thus drawing the severing head across each of the four lateral faces of bale. The severing blade's teeth engage the wires, pull them free from the bale, and coil them around the spool (54) that is coaxial with the severing blade (26) attached thereto.

摘要： This invention relates to a method of de-wiring paper bales and/or pulp bales, each one of which being tied up by metal wires, and the bale being intended to pass a de-wiring apparatus by transport on a conveyor. According to the invention the method is characterized by the combination of the following steps: the bale is forced to stop when it has come up to the de-wiring apparatus, whereafter two units (2, 3) of the same, going towards each other, are applied against two opposite side surfaces of the bale, so that the bale is fixed between the units by clamping; the wires surrounding the bale are cut off at the one of the mentioned side surfaces by means of a cutting tool (5), being a part of the one unit (2); the wires are caught hold of on the opposite side of the bale and is thereafter wound up by a combined gripping and winding up tool (11), being a part of the second unit, which tool is forced to rotate so that the wires are wound up on the same and form bobbins; the wires, wound up to bobbins, are discharged from the gripping and winding up tool (11) by a discharging means (20). The invention also relates to a de-wiring apparatus.

摘要： It is an object of the invention to present a disassembling method and disassembling apparatus for disassembling easily an electronic appliance having a housing, and electronic components such as cathode-ray tube accommodated in the housing, classifying without mixing of impurities, and recycling at low cost by automating. An electronic appliance having a housing, a cathode-ray tube, and plural electronic components is put on a conveying pallet, and it is transferred by a conveyor. The conveyed electronic appliance is put on a tiltable work bench, a back plate of the housing is removed, and an opening is formed. Blowing a high pressure air shower to the opening, dust deposits on the electronic components are removed and cleaned. Moreover, other side of the housing is processed into a U-form by end mill, and a further opening is formed, and the cathode-ray tube is taken out through this further opening. The metal band of the dismounted cathode-ray tube is heated by high frequency induction, and the metal band is removed. The adhesive applied on the cathode-ray tube is removed by using a rotary brush having metal wires. Still more, judging whether a safety panel is installed at the front side of the cathode-ray tube or not by using distance sensors, the safety panel is classified. Such disassembling process is executed by using an automated disassembling apparatus.
