    • PURPOSE: A clinker drop detection device is provided to grasp accurate reason of pressure changes in a furnace by analyzing the pressure, water temperature and water level in the furnace and the supply current of the grinder. CONSTITUTION: A clinker drop detection device comprises a boiler, a water tub(140), a grinding and discharging device(150), and a data acquisition unit(160). The boiler burns pulverized coal and air in a furnace(111) to vaporize the water in a piping tube. The grinding and discharging device is composed of a flow path part(151), a cylinder device(153) which controls the inflow and outflow of clinker(C), and a grinder(155) which pulverizes the clinker. The data acquisition unit includes a pressure sensor(161), a water temperature sensor(163), a water level sensor(165), and a current sensor(167). The pressure sensor detects the pressure changes in the upper and lower section of the furnace. The current sensor detects the driving current according to the load of the grinder.

    • A slag removing apparatus of a power plant boiler is provided to remove slag stuck to an inner wall of a water pipe for the boiler simply and to look through an inside of the water pipe simply by installing a monitoring unit at a circular pipe without the slag. A slag removing apparatus of a power plant boiler(100) comprises a fixed plate(110) and a driving unit(150). The fixed plate includes a circular pipe(111), a fixed board(115), a slide hole(112), and a fixed frame(116). The circular pipe is projected to an inside and an outside of a water pipe(101) for the boiler with a hole(102). The fixed plate is fixed to a front end of the outside for the circular pipe. The regular quantity of the slide holes are formed at the front end of the outside for the circular pipe. The fixed frame is fixed and separated at the fixed board. The driving unit includes a removing unit(151) and a fixed bar(152). The removing unit is inserted into the circular pipe and formed with a smaller diameter than the circular pipe. The fixed bar is combined with a piston rod and projected to the slide hole of the circular pipe. The driving unit is installed at the fixed frame rotatably to move the removing unit to the inside of the water pipe for the boiler.
