    • A recording medium ejecting device (4) includes ejecting trays (44a-44f), a guiding member (45a) and a switching mechanism (46). The guiding member (45a) is switchable between a first posture to permit ejection of a recording medium (S) on one ejecting tray (44a) and a second posture to restrict the ejection of the recording medium (S) on the one ejecting tray (44a). The switching mechanism (46) switches the guiding member (45a) between the first posture and the second posture. The switching mechanism (46) includes pulleys (60-62), a driving belt (63) and a pressing member (65). The driving belt (63) is wound around the pulleys (60-62). The pressing member (65) presses the guiding member (45a). The driving belt (63) includes a contactable area (R1) configured to be contactable with each of the pulleys (60-62) and a contact restricted area (R2) whose contact with each of the pulleys (60-62) is restricted. The pressing member (65) catches the contact restricted area (R2) from both an outer face side and an inner face side.
