    • A process and an apparatus for the production of a polyurethane mixture is described. The apparatus comprises a high-pressure mixing device provided with a mixing chamber opening onto a side of a discharge duct. An elongated cleaning member is reciprocable inside the duct and is provided with a longitudinal channel for feeding a fluidized reinforcing material, for example reinforcing fibers or a reinforcing material in powder or granulate form, to be blended with the polyurethane mixture flowing into the discharge duct. The feeding channel for the reinforcing material terminates at the front end of the cleaning member, at a point where the flow of reinforcing material impinges the polyurethane mixture which emerges from the mixing chamber under high turbulence conditions. Blowing nozzles are provided to generate air jets for repeatedly deviating the flow of blended polyurethane mixture and reinforcing material flowing out from the discharge duct.

    • The invention relates to a method for producing a housing that comprises an electromagnetic shielding, especially a mobile radio terminal. Said housing consists of at least two housing parts with housing part edges or surfaces that face one another. A gap-filling shielding sealing profile made of an electrically conductive elastomer is placed between said housing part edges or surfaces and is produced in-situ from a pasty sealing compound, which adheres to a housing part edge or surface. The inventive housing is produced using the following steps: Placing one of the housing parts to be joined onto a shaping tool, inside of which a shaping recess, especially a shaping channel, is made, whereby the shaping recess essentially predetermines the shape of the shielding sealing profile and follows the course of the housing part edge or surface that is to be sealed, or conversely; introducing the pasty compound into the shaping tool in such a manner that the surface of the housing part along the recess comes into contact with the pasty compound thereby effecting an adhesive joining between the two; cross-linking and/or drying at least the surface layer of the sealing compound, said surface layer being adjacent to the surfaces of the shaping recess, in order to provide a self-supporting profile, and; removing the housing part together with the profile from the shaping tool or vice versa.
