摘要： A food recycler can include a case having a case volume between 8.79 liters and 35 liters, a control system, a user interface in electrical communication with the control system, and a bucket being configured with a bucket volume, wherein a ratio of the bucket volume to the case volume is between 0.0717 and 0.2857. The recycler can include a motor in communication with the control system, the motor being configured adjacent at least in part to the bucket, a gearbox configured below the bucket and in mechanical communication with the motor, a filter system having at least one filter and configured to receive air from a top portion of the bucket and a drying component configured to remove water from waste food items.

摘要： An autogenous impact mill (10) is operative to size reduce friable material particles processed through operation of the mill. At least one impeller (58) rotatable within an interior area (44) of a housing (12) of the mill is operative to produce one or more air jets. The air jets are operative to suspend material particles using the Coanda Effect. Other particles moved by the air jets bounce off ricochet bars (74) and impact suspended particles so as to break and reduce the particles to a suitable size to pass through a screen (110) to an outlet opening (42).

摘要： The embodiments herein provide a method for separating fine fractures from coarse fractures, comprising the steps of generating an area of low air pressure beneath a sieve positioned within a centrifugal scattering device followed by ingesting a mixture of air, coarse fractures, and fine fractures into the centrifugal scattering device. The method would preferably continue by causing a guide to rotate around an interior cavity of the centrifugal scattering device while forcing fine fractures through the sieve using the low air pressure and gravity, into a fine fracture collector. Preferably coarse fractures are permitted to travel along the sieve, guided by the guides, to a coarse fracture collector which is separate from the fine fracture collector.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for grinding mill material and to a roller mill and is suited in particular to a finest grinding of relatively hard and dry materials, for example cement clinker and granulated blast furnace slag and also for relatively large roller mills.In order to avoid mill vibrations due to over-grinding of the mill material and to reduce the specific work requirement as well as increasing the throughput a fine material nozzle is arranged after each grinding roller, from which fine material nozzle an air jet with defined impulse is directed from above onto a fine material concentration zone. The fine material concentration zone is formed directly after the grinding zone of each grinding roller and is virtually free of supplied material to be ground and accumulated on a retention rim region. The fine material blown outwards and upwards is fed to a rising conveying air flow and subsequent classifying process.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and a device for grinding hot, wet raw material.The invention is particularly suitable for the cement industry and the grinding and simultaneous drying of cement clinker, slag and aggregates. In order to achieve a throughput increase and energy saving, as well as an improvement in the product quality, particularly with mixed cements, there is a simultaneous grinding and drying through a controlled supply of a cooling gas in the upper mill part with a relatively high hot gas inlet temperature in the lower mill part. The cooling gas supplies ensures a predetermined gas-product temperature downstream of the classifier and replaces or significantly reduces the disadvantageous cooling water injection.

The grinding stages are formed by a rotor (4) with a multitude of grinding plates (9) and a stator housing. A device (12, 13) delivers preferably heated carrier gases, as a device (6, 15, 16, 18) delivers the product into the grinding chamber (3). In order to improve the product delivery to the mill (1), one component of the delivery device is a supply line (6) which encircles at least part the circumference of the grinding chamber (3). The supply line (6) is equipped with an inflow (15) for the product to be treated and a plurality of outlet apertures (18) distributed over the circumference of the grinding chamber, for delivering the product into the grinding chamber.
