The cleaning device has at least one cleaning chamber and at least one covering device at least partially surrounding the cleaning chamber. The covering device can be moved in an opening movement direction from a closed position into an open position or in a closing movement direction from an open position into a closed position by means of at least one electromechanical drive via at least one transmission. The cleaning device furthermore has a sensor, which is designed to detect an action of a manual force on the covering device in the opening movement direction or in the closing movement direction. The cleaning device is furthermore designed to control the electromechanical drive in accordance with the detection of the action of the manual force.

摘要： A batch ware washing machine and/or related method of washing wares. The machine includes a moveable door which partially encloses a steam cavity. When the door is in the up or open position, hot moist air may be forcibly pulled from the steam cavity and into an exhaust plenum via an air inlet port that is strategically positioned above the top wall of the door when the door is in the closed position, but below the top wall when the door is in the open position. A controller causes the air to be forcibly pulled through the plenum for a predetermined exhaust time period, such as one minute, and then automatically stops the forced air exhaust movement. The exhaust plenum may be ducted directly to the outside of the surrounding building. The air conditioning load on the HVAC units serving the kitchen are reduced, thereby reducing energy consumption.

摘要： A vapor extraction apparatus for a warewasher includes a housing in which a water-steam separation media is mounted. The housing has an inlet for receiving hot, humid air, water vapor and steam from a washing chamber of a warewasher, a blower for drawing the hot, humid air, water vapor and steam into the housing across the water-steam separation media, and an outlet for air dehumidified and cooled by the water-steam separation media to exit the housing. A duct connects the inlet to a washing chamber of a warewasher, and a bypass damper can be connected to the duct. The bypass damper is operable in a first position to permit air, water vapor and steam from the washing chamber to be drawn into the housing and in a second position to permit ambient room air to be drawn into the housing for cooling the vapor extraction apparatus.
