摘要： A finial support arrangement is provided for window coverings and the like, including a hollow ended support rod or tube, a support sleeve lodged within the rod, and a decorative finial supported in and by the sleeve. The finial includes a support post that is force or interference fitted into the sleeve. The sleeve, in turn, is force or interference fitted into the tube. The sleeve is made of a material that is softer than the support post and may be deformed during insertion of the post. The arrangement is particularly useful for supporting cast or wrought metal finials in rigid support tubes or rods, and alleviates the need for close tolerances on either the tube interior diameter or the support post outer diameter that would otherwise be needed to provide the desired interference fit.

摘要： A bracket system for mounting a support rod, such as a closet rod, a shower curtain rod, a towel bar, or the like, between two support surfaces. The bracket system includes a bracket member and a cover member. The bracket member includes a base portion and a rod support member. The rod support member includes a support portion that supports the support rod and a spring portion that facilitates coupling of the bracket member to the cover member. The spring portion is compressed or deformed and then the cover member is slid over the spring portion. Upon release of the compression on the spring portion, the spring portion exerts an outward restoring force onto the cover member to couple the cover member to the bracket member. The support rod is supported by the support portion of the rod support member and extends through an opening in the cover member.

摘要： Finial end cap assemblies for telescoping curtain rods are disclosed. The finial assemblies include an outer finial cover and an inner finial base threadably mounted into each end of a curtain rod. A rotatable end pad is mounted on each finial base. The rods may include telescoping sections that are axially extendable from each other and lockable by a twisting motion. During installation on a support structure such as a window frame or shower stall, the finial cover, finial base and end of the curtain rod are fixed together by threaded engagement of the finial base with a threaded insert inside the end of the curtain rod, while the end pad is freely rotatable in order to maintain stationary contact with the support structure when the rod sections are twisted.

The tubular body supports various types of curtains. The rechargeable battery, the heating fan assembly, and the wireless communication device are all internally mounted within the tubular body. The waterproof speaker is integrated into an external surface of the tubular body in order to sound audio towards a user. The heating fan assembly includes an impeller, a heating element, and an electric motor. The impeller is powered by the electric motor in order to forces air to pass by the heating element and expelling heated air onto the user.
