摘要： A heat sensitive recording material comprises a heat sensitive color forming layer containing a color former of a colorless or light color leuco dyestuff, a developer which develops color by reaction with the color former upon heating and is a mixture of 97 to 70 weight % of 2,4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone and 3 to 30 weight % of 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone and a sensitizer. The heat sensitive color forming layer is coated on a support. The heat sensitive recording material has excellent color forming property by which sufficiently high concentration and sensitivity of the color forming are obtained and has excellent stability of the image with time.

摘要： Ultrapure water are produced and used by subjecting deionized water, which has been obtained from a deionization step making use of an ion-exchange resin, successively to a sterilization treatment, an activated carbon treatment, an ion-exchange resin treatment and a permeable membrane treatment. The water is fed from each of the steps of the treatments after at least the sterilization tretment (inclusive) to the next step through first piping made of a crystalline polyether ether ketone resin having a recurring unit of the following formula: ##STR1## The thus-produced ultrapure water is then fed through second piping, which is also made of the crystalline polyether ether ketone resin, to and through a use system of the ultrapure water.

摘要： A sheet conveying device, which is included in an image forming apparatus and an optional device attachable to the image forming apparatus, includes a sheet container, a sheet feeder, a separator, a guide, and a projection. The sheet container loads multiple sheets. The sheet feeder feeds a sheet out of the multiple sheets in the sheet container. The separator separates the sheet from another sheet fed together with the sheet. The guide having a guide surface to guide the sheet passing the separator such that the sheet is fed in a predetermined sheet conveying direction. An upstream end in the sheet conveying direction of the guide surface of the guide is located lower than a downstream end in the sheet conveying direction of the separator. The projection is disposed facing the separator at the upstream end in the sheet conveying direction of the guide surface.
