摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arch-tunnel bottom slab and its construction method capable of reducing weight to reduce a cost and preventing the occurrence of cracks. SOLUTION: A compressed member 4 is fitted to a stage section 1d of the bottom slab installed on the ground G to fix. A PC steel material 3, in a through-hole 1c formed in rise sections 1ar and 1br is screwed on nuts 8, to introduce a tightening prestress. Since the strength of the bottom slab 1 is strengthened with prestresses, the thickness is thinned to easily reduce weight. The lower surface of the bottom slab 1 is expanded with the prestresses, so that force bending sidewalls 1b and 1b in the insides is added to the bottom slab 1, and the compressed member 4 bears the axial compressive force to prevent the bending of the bottom slab 1. Accordingly, the occurrence of cracks caused by the expansion of the lower surface of the bottom slab is prevented. After precast wall slabs 10 are fixed on the sidewalls 1b to construct the arch tunnel, the compressed member 4 is removed.

In this junction structure, the curved slabs 1 and 1 in the longitudinal direction of a tunnel are tightly assembled with each other by inserting the projecting joint surface 1b into the recessed joint surface 1c and, in addition, a stable and firm joining force is obtained, because the vertical and horizontal external forces applied to the slabs 1 are received by the connecting rod 3 over the full length of the rod 3.
