    • A connector includes an insulating body, terminals received in the insulating body, an electrical shell covering the insulating body and two welding pieces. The electrical shell includes a top board, a bottom board and two side boards. Each of the side boards defines a first gap at the upside of the back end. Two sides of the top board protrude to form a first withstanding piece. A second withstanding piece extends outwards from a lower portion of the side board. Each of the welding pieces includes a welding part. The front end of the welding part extends outwards to form a connecting part. The top of the back of the welding part defines a second gap, the front of the second gap forms a block wall. The back of the welding part extends inwards to form a raised lump under the second gap. The back of the welding part extends downwards to form a limitative lump. The first withstanding piece places in the second gap and is against the block wall. The second withstanding piece is against the front wall of the limitative lump. The raised lump is placed at the first gap and supported by the bottom wall of the first gap.

    • This invention relates to the use of axial substituted phthalocyanine compound as a semiconductor layer between the source/drain electrodes of organic thin-film transistor. The centre ligand of the axial substituted phthalocyanine compound is an atom with 3 valences or higher, and the axial ligands are chlorine, fluorine, or oxygen which can be connected with the centre ligands of axial substituted phthalocyanine compounds. Crystalline Film with high quality can be prepared on an organic substrate from the axial substituted phthalocyanine compound using vapor deposition process. These crystalline films have high carrier mobility, rich energy level, and stable performances and are easy for integrated process. The field effect mobility and the on/off Ratio of the organic thin-film transistor are 0.01 cm2/Vs or more and higher than 105, respectively.

    • An electrical connector (1) includes an insulative housing (10) and a number of terminal (20) received in the housing. The housing includes a mating portion (11), a number of upper and lower terminal receiving passageways (131, 132), a pair of sidewalls (14) extending rearwardly from the mating portion and a number of ribs (16) and recesses (17) formed between the pair of sidewalls. Each terminal includes a contact portion (21), an engaging portion (22) perpendicularly and downwardly extending from the contact portion, and a soldering portion (23) connecting with the engaging portion. The engaging portions (221, 222) of the terminals extend out of the upper and the lower terminal receiving passageways and are respectively retained in the recesses and abutting against the ribs. The ribs and the recesses form a better terminal positioning structure.

    • An electrical connector includes an insulative housing having base section and a mating port forwardly projecting from the base section, a number of terminals loaded in the insulative housing and each having a contact section disposed in the mating port and a shell provided with a frame section surrounding the mating port and a plate section attached to the base section.
