    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control a rainwater pump controller even at the time of sudden rainfall by correcting the previously set reference value of the starting/stopping water level of the rainwater pump on the basis of a signal from the water level gauge of a pump well, and determining the cab numbers of the rainwater pump on the basis of the corrected value of this starting/ stopping water level and the water level in the pump well. SOLUTION: The water level gauge 3 in a pump well measures a water level in a pump well 1, and inputs the water level in starting/stopping water level correction means 12. The starting/stopping water level correction value of a rainwater pump is calculated by the combination of a changed amount from the previous value of the water level in this pump well with a water level in the pump well. Then, a correction amount is added to the previously set reference value of the starting/stopping water level of the rainwater pump, and the correction value of the starting/stopping water level of the rainwater pump is calculated. Cab number control means 13 determines the cab numbers of the rainwater pump by a signal from the water level gauge 3 of the pump well. Hereby, the operation of the rainwater pump can be controlled including a rainfall situation and the situation of the water level in the pump well.

CONSTITUTION:The load of air conditioning is estimated in an air-conditioning load estimating device 31 based on an outdoor weather data from an outdoor weather detecting device 1, a weather-forecasting data from a weather forecasting data inputting device 2, an environmental condition data in the building from an environmental condition in building detecting device 3, a setting value of environmental condition in the building from an environmental setting value in building inputting device 4, an air-conditioning load from an air-conditioning load detecting device 5, calendar information from a calendar device 7, event information from an event information inputting device 7 and the like. The control of air-conditioning in the building is effected by a building controller 51 based on the estimating values whereby the air conditioning, comfortable while saving energy, can be realized.
