摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate a work to mount a door inner plate, in the door of a storage chamber wherein the door inner plate is attached to the back of a door main plate part and the inside is filled with a foamed insulating material through a foamed-in-place system. CONSTITUTION:A door inner plate 13 made of plastic is attached to a flange part 16 of a sash 12 for mounting a gasket, arranged on the back side of a door main plate part 11, so as to close the back release part thereof. An urethane feedstock solution is injected and cured in a space part between the door main plate part 11 and the door inner plate 13 to effect filling with urethane foams. In this case, two notch parts 20 are formed in each of the upper and lower sides of the door inner plate 13. Mounting is executed in a way that right and left flange parts 13a and 13c are applied on the upper surface of the flange part 16 and a central part 13b is inserted in a position below the flange part 16. This constitution causes provision of sufficient sealing ability without arranging a different sealant.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a refrigerant by which the cooling of a wire condenser can favorably be carried out even when an inflow amount of the open air through the open air intake port of a duct is decreased and the cooling of a compressor can favorably be maintained. CONSTITUTION:A machine room 12 is provided on the front side with a suction port 15 and on the rear side with a delivery port 16, and a compressor 22 and a blower 21 are disposed in a machine room 12. A duct 23 arranged to the lower part of a chamber body has an open air intake port 30 opened to the front of the chamber body and the open air intake port 30 is communicated to a suction port 15. A wire condenser 31 is arranged in the duct. Auxiliary open air intake ports 33 and 34 are formed in both the side of the duct 23 and a portion on the suction side, respectively, of the blower 21 of the machine room 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the attaching work of a refrigerator door and obtain the same equipped with a decorative member having beatiful appearance by a method wherein the engaging plate of an engaging member is inserted between the front plate of a door cap and a receiving rib to force it into the door as it is. CONSTITUTION:When a decorative member 40 is inserted from the lower part of a door cap 18, an engaging plate 42 is inserted between the front plate 20 of the door cap 18 and a receiving rib 28. Then, the position of the decorative member 40 in left-and-right direction and the position of the door cap 18 in the same direction are aligned so that a first pawl piece 32, a second pawl piece 38 and a third pawl piece 54 are opposed to a first pawl piece receiving unit 46, a second pawl piece receiving unit 52 and a third pawl piece receiving unit 30 respectively. Then, the engaging plate 42 is forced between the front plate 20 and the receiving rib 28 whereby the first pawl piece 32 is engaged with the first pawl piece receiving unit 46 and the second pawl piece 38 is engaged with the second pawl piece receiving unit 52. Further, the third pawl piece 54 of the engaging plate 42 is engaged with the third pawl piece receiving unit 30 provided on the receiving rib 28. According to this method, the movements of the decorative member 40 and the door cap 18 in the up-and- down direction and the left-and-right directions thereof can be precluded.
