CONSTITUTION:For a compressor of a helical blade type having compression elements formed symmetrical at a center part, subject fluid to be compressed is led to the center part and taken out from both end parts. Thrust forces produced in operation chambers on the right and left side along the length of a cylinder 15 and a piston 16 act from both end parts to the center part, where the sizes are almost the same while the directions are opposite to each other, and they offset each other to reduce thrust loss. In addition, because the subject fluid is separated to the right and left, a pitch of spiral groove on the suction port side necessary for obtaining a predetermined elimination volume can be small. Deformation distortion produced at blades 21a, 21b is reduced greatly, thereby slide motion loss can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a scroll fluid machine which maintains a proper sealing ability in spite of unevenness in the centrifugal force and has a less slide motion loss by engaging a shaft crank part with a rotation scroll part through a resilient body put between them. CONSTITUTION:A bush 8 is provided at a boss part 3b of a rotation scroll 3 through an O-ring, and a crank part 4a of a shaft 4 is engaged with the bush 8. In this constitution, the O-ring 7 is compressed by the value of eccentricity of the crank part 4a, so a lap 3a of the rotation scroll 3 is pushed to a lap 5a of a fixed scroll 5 by a proper resiliency in the eccentric direction constantly because of existence of the O-ring 7 while it rotates. By combination with a proper centrifugal force acted with the O-ring 7 for a resilient body, a proper sealing ability is secured, and a slide motion loss between the lap side surfaces can be minimized.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive at enhancing the volumetric efficiency and at miniaturizing a blade in its entirety by reducing the thickness of a scroll rap from the spiral center part to the outer peripheral part thereof, and by decreasing the space defined by the scroll lap from the outer peripheral part to the center part. CONSTITUTION:In a scroll blade, a spiral scroll lap 1 is planted upright on a mirror plate. In this arrangement, the thickness of the scroll lap 1 is decreased from the spiral center part AB to the outer peripheral part IJ of the lap while the space defined by the scroll lap is set to be decreased from the outer peripheral part to the center part by an amount corresponding to the reduction in the thickness thereof. With this arrangement, the thickness of the scroll lap 1 can be increased in proportion to the compression ratio of the scroll compressor, and accordingly, it is possible to enhance the sealing effect in the center part where a particularly greater pressure differential is effected, so as to enhance the volumetric efficiency. Further, since the thickness of the scroll lap 1 may be decreased from the center part to the outer periphery thereof, the blade may be miniaturized in its entirety.

CONSTITUTION:A holder 27, which supports a non-revolving element 21, is provided with a hole 28, a receiving surface 29, a projected part 30, and a recessed part 52 to which a leaf spring 53 is attached. A revolving element 22 is provided with an end-plate 31, a scroll blade 32, and a cylindrical part 33. Once the compressive action starts, downward thrust force acts on the revolving element 22, while upward thrust force acts on the non-revolving element 21. In addition, owing to a leaf spring 53, downward thrust force acts on the non-revolving element 21. Since this downward thrust force is greater than the upward thrust force, no gap is formed between the end of the scroll blade 25 or 32 and each end plate 23 or 31. As a result, the sealing performance can be enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To arbitrarily set the volume of a sealed space formed between fixed and turning scrolls by forming a cut part outside from the point where winding is performed by 360 deg. from the center edge part of one lap between the fixed and turning scrolls. CONSTITUTION:In a scroll type compressor, fixed and turning scrolls each of which is formed into an equal shape are meshed, setting each lap oppositely, and gas is compressed by the turn of the turning scroll. In this case, a cut part is formed outside from the point where winding is performed by 360 deg. from the center edge part of the lap onto one between the fixed and turning scrolls. For example, in the turning scroll 2, the turning lap 6 is erected on a disc- shaped turning mirror plate 4, and a cut part 12 penetrating through the turning lap 6 is formed at the position returning by 1/4 from the edge part on the outer peripheral part of the turning lap 6. Therefore, the volume of the sealed space formed between the fixed and turning scrolls can be set arbitrarily.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a motor by jointing the inner peripheral surface of a stator of a motor for driving a pump mechanism part onto the pump mechanism and the outer peripheral surface of a partitioning wall between a rotor and the stator, thus reducing the gap between the rotor and stator. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 12 is driven by allowing an electric current to flow in the winding of a stator 13, a rotor 14 is revolved. The turning moment of the rotor 14 is transmitted to the inner and outer gears 3 and 2 through a shaft 5. Therefore, the space between the gears 3 and 2 shifts successively in the direction of revolution, and after coolant is inhaled into a suction chamber 9 from a suction port 8, said coolant is discharged outside through a discharge port 11 from a discharge chamber 10. Further, a portion of the coolant in the suction chamber 9 is introduced into the space between a lower plate 7 and a partitioning wall 15 from a communication hole 17. In this case, a part 15a of the cylindrical part of the partitioning wall 15 is made thinner than other parts 15b. Then, the inner peripheral surface of the iron core part of the stator 13 is joined with the outer periphery of the thinner part 15a.
