The first acquisition part acquires information on a commercial product being a first candidate. The second acquisition part acquires information on one or plural other commercial products relating to a commercial product constituting the first candidate and one or plural next utterance candidates for a second user on the basis of information on a commercial product constituting the first candidate and information on a product attribute of the aforementioned commercial product. The translation part translates, into a second language, a first-language part of the information on the commercial product constituting the first candidate, that of the information on the other products and that of the next utterance candidate. The presentation part presents the translated parts. The acceptance part accepts selection of the product being the first candidate, that of the other products and that of the next utterance candidate.
