摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a high critical current density by forming an oxide high- temperature superconducting film on a Ni group alloy base material annealed at a specific high temperature. CONSTITUTION:For example, a base material made of hastelloy C of width 10mm and length 1m is annealed in a hydrogen gas flow at 800 deg. for two hours. Mechanical and mechanochemical polishing is applied thereto. After the base material is cleaned and dried, A middle layer of YSZ (yttria stabilized zirconia) of thickness 0.4mum and a superconducting layer of TBa2Cu3O7-y of thickness 0.8-1.2mum are formed on the surface of the base material in accordance with laser application.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable reduction in manufacturing time and cost by forming an oxide superconductive layer and a functional layer making contact with said layer, in a process of using a laser abrasion method in both layers, through a continuous process of a tandem type. CONSTITUTION:A tape-like base material 1 is introduced into a film forming chamber 4 from a reel 3 in a supply chamber 2, and particles scattered from a MgO target 8 by a laser beam radiation of a laser 9 are deposited onto the base material 1 in such a manner that a buffer layer is formed. In the next film forming chamber 5, particles spattered from a target 10 made of Y1Ba2Cu3 O7-y by a laser radiation of a laser 11 are deposited onto the buffer layer on the base material 1 in such a manner that an oxide superconductive layer is formed. And, a closed space is formed through chambers 2, 4, and 5 extending to a take-up chamber 6, and any desired atmosphere can be formed in chambers 4 and 5. Consequently, the manufacturing time as well as the cost can be reduced.

SOLUTION: Superconductive wires 2 coated with silver, copper or an alloy of them on ceramic superconductive materials and stainless steel tapes 3 are spirally wound in turn on the outer periphery of a core material 1 of a round pipe made of an aluminum alloy. The thickness and width of the stainless steel tapes 3 are made equal to those of the superconductive wires 2, the stainless steel tapes 3 have tensile strength higher than that of the superconductive wires 2, and the limit value of the tensile stress reducing a critical current value is increased. Grooves are preferably formed in the longitudinal direction on the surfaces of the stainless steel tapes 3, and optical fibers connected to a temperature distribution measuring device are arranged in the grooves. When electric insulation coating such as enamel coating is applied to the stainless steel tapes 3, the coupling loss and eddy current loss due to excitation between the superconductive wires 2 can be prevented.

SOLUTION: In a superconductive cable comprising a former 1, superconductor 2 and an electric insulation layer 3 successively from the center, the conductor 2 is formed by helically winding a superconductive wire, coated with a silver sheath, around the periphery of the former 1. Here, the former 1 is formed into a pipe shape by helically winding a band-shaped unit of copper material, the band-shaped unit is wound by opening a space 4 between the adjacent windings. When a refrigerant (liquid nitrogen or the like) is circulated inside a spiral band, the coolant flows out in the peripheral direction from this space, the superconductor 2 can be directly cooled, also flexibility can be provided in the cable. The former 1 is of copper, so that it can be utilized as the bypass of a current, also electrocorrosion with the conductor 2 can be suppressed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the oxide superconducting film having a high critical current density by consisting the film of a multilayer structure formed by interposing an Ag layer between oxide superconducting film layers. CONSTITUTION:The first oxide superconducting film layer 2 consisting of Y- Ba-Cu-O, etc., is formed at about 2mum film thickness on a substrate 1. An Ag layer 3 is formed at about 1mum film thickness on this layer. Further, the second oxide superconducting film layer 2 is formed thereon. The oxide superconducting film having the multilayer structure consisting of at least two layers of the oxide superconducting film layers and the Ag layer interposed therebetween is obtd. by repeating this operation desired times. As a result, the effect of imparting boundaries is obtd. and the critical current density is improved.
