摘要： A traffic information processing apparatus for alleviating the problem of discrepancy between a plurality of traffic information which may be acquired from different sources is disclosed. In the case where a plurality of traffic information are acquired, the information are corrected into reference traffic information selected from the plurality of the traffic information. For example, the traffic information processing apparatus acquires first traffic information (VICS information) used for the navigation process and second traffic information (probe traffic information) having a different source from the first traffic information. From the first and second traffic information, the traffic information for a common object is extracted, and based on the difference between them, the correcting information used for correcting the second traffic information is generated. The traffic information on an object not contained in the first traffic information is acquired by correcting the second traffic information on the object using the correcting information.

摘要： An object of the invention is to provide a preparation process of a semiconductor wafer, in which breakage of the wafer on grinding the back surface of the wafer and on peeling the adhesive tape is prevented, and the operation time can be reduced. The preparation process of a semiconductor wafer comprises the steps of: adhering an adhesive tape on a front surface of a semiconductor wafer; grinding a back surface of the semiconductor wafer by a grinding machine; peeling the adhesive tape; and cleaning the front surface of the semiconductor wafer, wherein an adhesive tape having heat shrinkability is used as the adhesive tape, and after grinding the back surface of the semiconductor wafer, warm water at a temperature of from 50 to 99.degree. C. is poured to peel the adhesive tape in a wafer cleaning machine, and the front surface of the semiconductor wafer is cleaned in the wafer cleaning machine.

The elastomer according to the present invention is useful for obtaining formed products, particularly automotive bumper fascias, automotive mud guards and automotive trim skin material, which are excellent not only in flexibility, rubber elasticity and mechanical strength but also in external appearance and touch, and are substantially free from bleeding and fogging.
