摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce a dead volume of a swash-plate compressor having a double head piston by making the tilt angle of the swash-plate variable by the axial movement of a spool arranged coaxially with a shaft of the swash-plate driven with said shaft. CONSTITUTION:Constituting a part of an outer shell of a compressor with front and rear cylinder blocks 5 and 6 respectively having a multiplicity of cylinders 64 wherein respective pistons 7 are freely slidably fit, said block 5 is made to bearing-support a shaft 1 driven with an engine. A flat plate portion 165 provided with an elongated hole 166 is formed in the inner end of the shaft 1, a back plate member of a swash-plate 100 is supported on said flat plate portion 165 with a pin 80, and the swash-plate 100 is made capable of swivelling about the pin 80. A spherical supporting portion 405 provided on a rear shaft 40 which is integral with a spool 30 is made to engage with a spherical portion 107 formed in the center of the swash-plate 100 so that the tilt angle of the swash-plate 100 is varied by moving the spool 30 according to the pressure in a control pressure chamber 200.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the controllability for the tilt angle of a swash plate and the center of revolution by selecting the pressure supplied into each control pressure chamber formed on the both surface sides of a piston by switching a control valve and driving a spool in the axial direction by the piston. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 1 revolves, a swash plate 10 revolves around a spherical supporting part 405. Then, a piston 7 performs reciprocating movement in a cylinder 64 through each shoe 18, 19 by the swing movement of the swash plate 10. Therefore, the capacity in a compression chamber 50 is increased/decreased, and after gas coolant is inhaled into the compression chamber 50 from a suction chamber 72, said gas coolant is discharged into a discharge chamber 90. In this case, a control valve 400 is switched by a controller 500, and the pressure in the first discharge chamber 93 is introduced into the first control pressure chamber, and the pressure in a suction chamber 74 is introduced into the second control pressure chamber 122, and a piston 30 is shifted rightward. Therefore, the swash plate 10 is shifted rightward through a spool 40, and the stroke in the reciprocating movement of the piston 7 is reduced by reducing the swing quantity of the swash plate 10.
