    • PURPOSE:To stabilize photovoice conversion by reflecting laser light by a diaphragm arranged in parallel with output plane of a semiconductor laser controlled to a prescribed temperature, feeding back the light positively to an active substance in the laser and photoelectric-converting the output change caused by interference. CONSTITUTION:The laser light is reflected in rsponse to acoustic vibration on a diaphragm 21 arranged in parallel with the output plane of the semiconductor laser 22. The reflected laser light is fed back positively to the active substance of the laser 22, the output causing a change by interference is led to an optical fiber 19, photoelectric-converted and amplified by a circuit (not shown), and outputted as a voice current through a band pass filter. On the other hand, a temperature sensor 17 is provided near the semiconductor laser 22 and the temperature is kept constant by changing the direction of current of a Peltier element 18 foward and reverse so as to heat or cool the laser 22. Further, a corrugated heat sink 20 is formed. Then, the mode jumping of the semiconductor element due to temperature change is prevented for stabilizing the output.

If soldering parts 32, 33 are good without having block solder, etc., these parts and the cnductor parts 28, 29 of the insulation plate 27 are soldered and further lead wires 36, 37 are soldered to these parts. Soldering of this case can be either ultrasonic method or ordinary method. Thereby, the mechanically and chemically stable terminals may be led out.

    • PURPOSE:To control the directivity and sound volume in response to zoom magnification by using a zoom lens drive position signal obtained through a reflected light obtained from a triangle reflecting member so as to control a microphone output variable device. CONSTITUTION:The triangle reflecting member 5 wound on the outer circumference of a rotary barrel of a zoom lens 10, the 1st flat lens 3 for lighting having a distribution of refraction rate in the broadwise direction and the 2nd flat lens 4 for photodetection are arranged opposite to each other. The radiated light from the lens 3 is radiated to the reflecting member 5 to detect a reflected light obtained through the reflection in the reflection member 5 is detected by the lens 4 to obtain a zoom lens rotary position signal. The rotary position signal controls a microphone output variable device to make the video and sound interlock with each other. That is, the directivity and sound volume is controlled corresponding to the zoom magnification to attain the recording corresponding to the sense of distance or spread of the video image.
