    • PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber filament-containing resin net, by a method wherein a plurality of longitudinal filaments impregnated with a resin are arranged between a pair of left and right conveyor belts while transverse filaments impregnated with the resin are arranged between a pair of conveyor belts in a state hooked with hook pins on both left and right sides, and longitudinal and transverse filaments are further supplied to be multiplied and the resin is cured before cutting. CONSTITUTION:A conveyor 1 is intermittently operated so as to be moved by a distance 2l and longitudinal filaments 2 from bobbins 11 are supplied while impregnated with a resin by a resin impregnating means 17. When the conveyor 1 is in a stop state, a hook roll 3 moves so as to traverse the conveyor 1 and transverse filaments 3 present on the side of a conveyor belt 1a are hooked with two hook pins 10b present on the other conveyor belt 1b. With the transfer of the conveyor 1, the longitudinal wires 2 are supplied from respective longitudinal filaments supply means 12 on the downstream to be multiplied gradually as to go toward the downstream side. The transverse filaments 3 are supplied from respective transverse filament supply means 21 to be engaged with the other hook pins 10b by the hook roll 30 and multiplied gradually as to go toward the downstream. The longitudinal and transverse filaments 2, 3 are pressed by a press roll 40 and a synthetic resin solution is cured by a curing means 41 to mold a net.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To investigate the soundness of a foundation pile objectively and quantitatively by a method wherein a conductive wire material whose electric resistance value is changed by the history of a load or a strain is buried in the inside of the foundation pile constructed in the ground from its upper end part up to its lower end part in such a way that both end parts of it are pulled out from the upper end part of the foundation pile. SOLUTION: Four conductive cables 2 are buried in a foundation pile 1 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of a cross section along reinforcing bars or the like in concrete constituting a pile body 1a in such a way that they are extended respectively in parallel with the axial line of the foundation pile 1. The conductive cables 2A, 2B and those 2C, 2D which are faced so as to sandwich the central axial line of the foundation pile 1 are connected to each other at the lower end part of the foundation pile 1 so as to form a U-shape, and both end parts are pulled out from the upper end part of the foundation pile 1. When an earthquake occurs so as to fracture the conductive cables 2A, 2B or those 2C, 2D, an electric resistance value is increased remarkably, and their fracture can be judged. In addition, their fracture can be judged by a change in an electric resistance value due to the damage of a carbon fiber due to a load or a strain acting on the foundation pile 1.
