    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform mooring work by a ship herself, by fixing a lateral plate member to the top part of a buoy so that it is freely rotated, attaching the lateral plate member to a floating body arranged around the buoy so that it is freely lifted and lowered, providing a linking member at the end part of the floating body, and mooring the ship. CONSTITUTION:A floating body 6 is attached to the fore end of a ship via the linking member 7. The floating body 6 has a cut out opening 15, wherein the mooring buoy 3 that is fixed on the water is accommodated. A lateral plate member 11 which can be freely lifted and lowered is arranged on the body 6. A vertical hole 14, which is engaged with the buoy 3, is provided at the central part of the lateral plate member 11. The ship is advanced, under the state the lateral plate member 11 is arranged at the lifted position with respect to the floating body 6 by a hydraulic cylinder 13. The ship is moved so as to accommodate the buoy 3 in the cut out opening 15 of the floating body 6. Then the lateral plate member 11 is lowered, and its central hole 14 is engaged with the top part 4 of the buoy 3. Thus the mooring work is performed by the ship herself.

    • PURPOSE: To enable to perform a detection, accompanied with no rotational friction, irrespective of the strength of a ground, by a method wherein, after an excavation operation is performed to a desired depth through the rotation of a screw having a double tube at the outer periphery thereof, only the inner tube of the double tube is pressed into a ground to detect a press-in force by means of an oil pressure.
      CONSTITUTION: An outer tube 1 of a double tube surrounds an inner tube 2, and a conical cone 3 is placed at the end of the inner tube 2. A spiral screw 7 is located at the outer periphery of the outer tube 1, and a rotation means 9 rotates the double tube as a hydraulic means 8 presses in the double tube. When the double tube reaches a desired detecting position, the hydraulic means 8 pushes solely the inner tube 2 into a ground 6. The press-in force of the cone 3 at the lower end of the inner tube 2 is detected by means of an oil pressure of a hydraulic unit 13 to decide the strength of a ground.

    • PURPOSE: To perform mooring and releasing in a simple operation, by employing a mooring gear provided with tongs, the mooring arms, which opens and closes by operating winches to hold or release a floating body to be moored.
      CONSTITUTION: A pair of tongs 3 opens around pins 10 when a winch rolls wire 21 in and at the same time a winch 18 releases wire 19 out. A floating body is brought in to the mooring gear with the above maintained. Then, the tongs are closed by releasing wire 21 from the winch 20 and simultaneously rolling wire 19 into the winch 18, and the floating body 1 is moored to the mooring gear 2. At the time of mooring, the height of mooring arms 4 can be adequately adjusted by the balance control of a buoyancy tank 8 and an auxiliary tank 28. To release the floating body, the procedure above is followed in reversed order.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of accuracy and defective formation owing to variation in the wall thickness, by loading on the circular ring an auxiliary push force of a specified strength in the direction of breadth perpendicularly to the direction of rotation of the circular ring, with couples of roll groups respectively arranged on entry side, exit side, or both sides of a couple of forming rolls. CONSTITUTION:The circular ring 1 is held by main forming rolls 3, 4, side push rolls 5, 6, and holding rolls 7, 8 and 9. Main forming rolls 3 and 4 begin rotation in opposite direction to each other making smaller the roll gap, simultaneously with the start of working. The circular ring 1 is caught, pushed and rotated by the forming rolls 3, 4, simultaneously receiving the roll forming work. Side push rolls 5 and 6 give the circular ring 1 the push force from both sides in the direction of breadth, and reduce the tensile stress in the direction of breadth generating in the middle of breadth, and besides, act to let the shape of circular ring 1 follow to the shape of rolls 3 and 4. By setting this push force of side push rolls 5, 6, at above 0.05 and under 1.0 times of the yield stress of the material of circular ring 1,the circular ring 1 with uniform wall thickness can be manufactured.
