摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an electric energy measuring device by which electric energy consumed by a firm load can be measured at a low cost even from a remote place. CONSTITUTION:A load current detected by an electric current detecting part 9 is converted into DC voltage having an effective value in a next stage effective value converting part 10. This DC voltage output is inputted to a voltage- frequency converting part 12, and is converted into a pulse signal having a frequency in proportion to the voltage level. As for an output pulse signal of the voltage-frequency converting part 12, pulses are counted in a next stage counter part 13. A pulse signal having a constant pulse width is generated and outputted in a next stage pulse generating part 14 at rise time of an output pulse of the counter part 13. Since load voltage can be regarded as almost constant, electric energy can be measured by multiplying a pulse interval between pulse signals of the pulse generating part 14 and a coefficient corresponding to time in an electric energy converting part 15.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily comply with the addition of a branch circuit by a method wherein a branch trunk branched from a trunk is pulled into the lower part of a floor, the branch trunk is connected to an power-feeding duct which can feed power from an arbitrary position and power is fed to a plug socket from a desired position of the power-feeding duct via a breaker. CONSTITUTION:A branch trunk L0' branched from a trunk L0 is pulled into the lower part of a floor, and branch turnk L0' is connected to an power-feeding duct E which can feed power from arbitrary positions. Power is fed to a plug socket C3 from a desired position of the power-feeding duct E via a breaker BR2. Thereby, a breaker can be installed in a part to which a branch circuit must be added, power can be fed to a plug socket from the power-feeding duct via the breaker, it is not required to execute a wiring operation for a wide range up to a switchboard, and it is possible to easily comply with the addition of the branch circuit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify locking and unlocking, by a method wherein a sam turn to lock and unlock through retraction of a dead bolt is provided, and a rotary solenoid coupled to a sam turn is incorporated in a grip ball rotatably mounted to the inside of a door. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 1b is situated in a space 1e in the central part of a stator 1f formed by winding two coils 1d and 1d around the opposite sides of a yoke 1c of a rotary solenoid A, and a rotor 1a formed with a permanent magnet is contained in the space. A grip ball 1 is rotatably mounted to an inner round seat 3, and mounted to the inner side of a door 6. A sam turn 2 is rotated, and since the sam turn is coupled to a square core 5c through a coupling, the square core 5c is rotated and a dead bolt 5a is retracted from an engaging groove, formed in a wall, according to a rotation direction to lock and unlock. This constitution enables facilitation of locking and unlocking.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve safety and to unload a plurality of locks with one operation equipment by composing an electric lock system that consists of an acoustic/electric conversion circuit, a code judgment part, an electric lock drive part, and a tone generator and does not expose an operation part. CONSTITUTION: When a mode-setting switch 2d is set to absence and input is made by a tone generator 1, input is made to an interphone master machine 2 via a door phone slave machine 3 that is an acoustic/electric conversion circuit, a code judgment part discriminates a password, and drives an electric lock control device 4 when the password matches and unlocks an electric lock 6. On the other hand, when the switch 2d is set to presence and there is a call from a door 5, a handset 21 is picked up for responding, and an unlocking switch 2e is operated for unlocking. An electric locking unit incorporating the acoustic-electric conversion circuit, the code judgment part, and a drive part may be installed in the door 5 and the sound output of the tone generator 1 may be inputted immediately after that for unlocking.
