CONSTITUTION:An outbound pipe 11 and a hot water feed pipe 6 are brought into a connection state by a 3-way valve 17 to selectively connect the outbound pipe 11 to an inbound pipe 12 or the hot water feed pipe 6 to bring a device into a hot water feed mode, and hot water in a hot water feed source 4 is fed in the hot water feed mode to a bath tub 2. Meanwhile, the outbound pipe 11 and the inbound pipe 12 are brought into a connection state by the 3-way valve 17 to bring the device into a circulation mode, and hot water in the bath tub 2 is circulated to effect heating and heat insulation by means of a heat exchanger 10. As noted above, since the circulation mode and a hot water feed mode are switched from each other through the single 3-way valve, a cost and a space can be reduced. A control means 18 inputs signals from a pressure sensor 13 and a temperature sensor 15 to compare the signals with respective set values for decision, controls the hot water feed source 4, a pump 9, the heat exchanger 10, and the 3-way valve 17 through the working of a processor, and controls bleeding air residing in the inbound pipe in a way to temporarily switch the hot water feed mode to the circulation mode during hot water feed mode operation.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent disconnection of lead wires and coaxial lines by detaining a sound transmission tube as an antenna on a printed circuit board in a main housing and bringing this tube into contact with a conductive flat spring connected to the circuit of the board slidably. CONSTITUTION:A microphone 10 for transmission is provided in a main housing 1, and a transmitter 21 is provided in an open/close arm 6 freely openably and closable coupled to the main housing 1, and a metallic sound transmission tube 22 is provided which has one end fixed to the transmitter 21 and has the other freely turnably fitted to the microphone 10 for transmission. This sound transmission tube 22 is detained on a printed board 13 in the main housing 1 as the antenna and is brought into contact with a conductive flat spring 23 connected to the circuit of this board slidably. Consequently, a torsional force does not act upon the sound transmission tube because of slidable contact between the sound transmission tube 22 and the microphone 10 for transmission and between the sound transmission tube 22 and the conductive flat spring 23 through the open/close arm 6 is turned. Thus, the disconnection due to torsion accompanied with opening and closing of the open/close arm is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:When vibration such as an earthquake occurs, a vibration-sensitive sphere 2 moves and impinges against the second switch part 6 when vibration reaches a definite level or more and the contact part 9 of said switch part 6 is brought into contact with the contact part 8 of the first switch part 5. The sensed vibration is transmitted to a control part on the basis of the signal from said switch part 5. When a switch moving shaft 4 is regulated, the seismic sensed value of vibration can be made variable by the up-and-down movement of the switch parts 5, 6. The outer surface part of the case 1 of a vibration-sensitive part is adhered to the membrane 12 covering the upper surface opening of an outer case 13 and the space between the case 13 and the membrane 12 is filled with a high viscosity liquid 14 and, therefore, the case 1 operates on the basis of the same seismic sensed value regardless of mounting.

In this way, since the input voice is recorded on the RAM by A/D-converting it, and the output of the RAM is D/A-converted at time of reproduction, the whole of the device can be made into an electronic device, and it is possible to obtain the device immune from the mechanical viration, miniaturized, and capable of automatically performing the recording, and the reproduction of the voice such as a short command, etc., by low power consumption.

Similarly, when the gas shut-off valve is restored, an inverse electromotive voltage 11 is generated, and the inverse electromotive voltage 11 is detected by a negative voltage detection circuit 3 to cause a positive pulse to be generated. Therefore, a memory circuit 4 continues to output a signal 10 from the moment of the inverse electromotive voltage generation at the time of shut-off to the moment of the restoration, and by means of an open-close condition indicator receiving the signal 10, the open-close condition of the gas shut-off valve can be identified.

      CONSTITUTION: Power is supplied to a telephone set circuit 1 and a memory 2 through a diode 6 from a battery 3 functioning as a main power source. In this case, the first detecting circuit 8 for detecting the first voltage Ak, an alarm circuit 9 for generating a buzzer, etc. by an output of said circuit, the second detecting circuit 10 for detecting the second voltage (provided, A>B), and a controlling circuit 11 are provided. In this state, when a voltage of the battery 3 becomes lower than the prescribed voltage A, the alarm circuit 9 is operated, and when the voltage further drops and becomes the prescribed voltage B, the controlling circuit 11 is operated, and the telephone set circuit 1 is detached electrically. In this way, a load current of the battery 3 is supplied to only the memory 2, and its voltage is kept constant, therefore, data of the memory can be prevented from being annihilated.
