    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance, and to reduce weight, noise, a space by miniaturization and integration of a magnetron, a power source device, and a cooling system, in a high frequency heating power source device for driving the magnetron such as a microwave oven.
      SOLUTION: The magnetron 8, a magnetron driving power source device (separated into a high voltage part 22 and a low voltage part 23), and the cooling system 19 for cooling these two heating elements are maximally adjacently integrated, and are constituted in a cylindrical shape by a covering case 24. This constitution can wholly pass a cooling wind 17 obtained from the cooling system 19 through the inside of a cylinder, and can serviceably cool the magnetron driving power source device and the magnetron 8, and can improve the cooling performance. An empty space 26 can be formed by the further integrated constitution, and a space of a complicated machine room can be reduced to produce the merits of assembling facility, manhours reduction, weight reduction, and noise reduction at manufacturing time.
