摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aberration-free beam compensating optical system constituted so that it need not be adjusted again even when the wavelength of a beam is changed, the cross section shape of output luminous flux can be adjusted to be the desired shape and the parallel luminous flux without distortion is obtained. SOLUTION: A beam source 6 is arranged at the first focal point 3 of a rotary elliptical mirror 1 and a rotary parabolic mirror 2 is oppositely arranged so that the focal point thereof is aligned with a second focal point 4. Then, the beam emitted from the beam source 6, reflected on the mirror 1 and passed through the second focal point 4 is reflected on the mirror 2. The mirrors 1 and 2 are respectively provided with rotary mechanisms 11 and 12 and a translation mechanism 13 so that the shape of the output beam can be adjusted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To accurately adjust the deviation of beam axis by the resonance light by a method wherein a pair of light detectors are provided on extended part of the beam axis of the inserted light source in which the resonance light, generating a free electron laser, is provided in designed accuracy, and each band pass filter is provided thereon. CONSTITUTION:A deflection electromagnet 3 and a tetrode electromagnet 4 are provided on a race track type closed revolution track 2, and an RF cavity 21, a deflection electromagnet 3' and a tetrode electromagnet 4' are interposed. Also, a band-pass filter 15, which passes the center wavelength only of a spontaneously emitted light, is provided immediately before the photodiode array as a light detector, or a CCD camera 13. Also, spontaneously emitted light is detected by a measuring device by passing the center wavelength of radiant light only, and it is image-indicated by the image-indicating device of a monitor 17. Using a computer 17, a correction electromagnet 9 is electromagnetically adjusted in such a manner that the image of spontaneously emitted light is two-dimentionally brought closer to the center of the electron beam axis of an insertion light source.
