    • Systems and methods are described to validate user connections to one or more application servers within a multi-tenant application system. A domain-level cookie at the client identifies any active connections for that client. As the client requests a connection to a particular application, the cookie is provided to a validation server that determines if any previously-established sessions with the multi-tenant system exist, and/or if such sessions remain active. If an active session already exists, then the client can be redirected to a particular server to continue the previously-established session. If no valid prior sessions are available, then the client can be validated and a new connection to an appropriate server can be established, as appropriate.

    • Disclosed herein is a word line driving circuit in which sub-word lines are prevented from floating by using a sub-word line driver having two transistors. A plurality of sub-word line drivers is connected to one main word line. Each of the plurality of the sub-word lines includes a PMOS transistor and a NMOS transistor serially connected between a sub-word line driving voltage FX and a ground voltage. A floating prevention unit selects the main word line to a level of a threshold voltage using a driving signal having the level of the threshold voltage, thus preventing sub-word lines of a sub-word line driver, where the sub-word line driving voltage FX is off, from floating.

    • Provided are a temperature-insensitive polymeric optical AWG device and a method of manufacturing the same. The capacitor has dielectric members, which have a converging angle of less than 180° defined between lines extending from both sides of each dielectric member formed between corresponding ends of inner and outer electrodes of the dielectric member. The capacitor is reduced in size while having enhanced capacitance, thereby reducing a manufacturing time.     • A stack for a fuel cell includes a first collecting plate having a first electric polarity, a second collecting plate having a second electric polarity different from the first electric polarity, and at least one electricity generator located between the collecting plates. The at least one polymer may include an elastomeric polymer and a filler polymer, at least one of which contains a silane group. The at least one polymerizable compound may include a cross-linking agent and/or a polymerization reaction enhancer. The cross-linking agent may also have a silane group. In addition, the film forming composition may include a solvent. The film forming composition is advantageous in that the resulting anisotropic conductive film exhibits enhanced peel and adhesive strength and low electrical contact resistance.
