摘要： The invention relates to a method for accessing at least one service. A host device is coupled to a chip. The chip stores data relating to at least one test Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) type application and/or data relating to at least one SIM type application. The host device sends to the chip a command for switching from a first application to a second application. The first application is either a test SIM type application or a SIM type application. The second application is either a SIM type application or a test SIM type application. And the chip carries out an activation of the second application and a de-activation of the first application. The invention also relates to a corresponding system for accessing at least one service.

摘要： Systems and methods for securing an embedded system are disclosed. An embedded system comprises a hardware subsystem including physical components of the embedded system, a software subsystem including a software application and a program code, and a programmable logic subsystem programmed to monitor one or more parts of the hardware and software subsystems and interactions thereof to detect tampering of the embedded system. The programmable logic subsystem is capable of being activated by a security function in the software subsystem or by a special hardware component in the hardware subsystem. The activation of the programmable logic subsystem facilitate a coupling of the hardware, software, and the programmable logic subsystems. The program code can be used to dynamically re-program the programmable logic subsystem.

A thin-film resonator is fabricated on the substrate, the resonator including a portion of a bottom electrode layer and a portion of a top electrode layer. Then, at least one aligned opening is etched through the bottom electrode layer and the seed layer. Finally, at least one bonding pad is fabricated, the bonding pad extending through the aligned opening such that bonding pad contacts the substrate forming a Schottky diode.

摘要： The film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) device comprises a substrate, an acoustic Bragg reflector over the substrate, a piezoelectric element over the acoustic Bragg reflector, and a remote-side electrode over the piezoelectric element. The acoustic Bragg reflector comprises a metal Bragg layer juxtaposed with a plastic Bragg layer. The large ratio between the acoustic impedances of the plastic material of the plastic Bragg layer and the metal of the metal Bragg layer provides sufficient acoustic isolation between the FBAR and the substrate for the frequency response of the FBAR device to exhibit minor, if any, spurious artifacts arising from undesirable acoustic coupling between the FBAR and the substrate.
