    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut down the cost of a frequency stabilizer by reducing the number of high-speed apparatuses of a transmission channel, in the frequency stabilizer that quickly performs the limit of a load by operating a necessary load-control amount when a frequency is decreased due to a system failure. SOLUTION: Control terminals 3a, 3b that perform limit controls to the loads 4a to 4f connected to a plurality of busbars 1a, 1b of a power system are arranged at each busbar. In the control terminals 3a, 3b, the frequency is monitored by collecting measuring information on the busbars 1a, 1b; system reference information that is small in variation due to the system failure is obtained from a central control unit 10 at, for example, ten-minute intervals; when the system failure occurs, the load-control amounts are operated at the control terminals 3a, 3b by using the collected information; and the load controls are performed on the loads 4a to 4f connected to the busbars 1a, 1b corresponding to the load-control amounts.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively save energy with a simple structure by providing a duct for ventilation that passes through the wall hole of a room where an air conditioner is installed, and an environment detection means that detects the environment of the inside and outside of the room. SOLUTION: A fan 5 is composed by a vortex flow fan, and a plurality of blades 3 are erected on both the end faces of a main plate 4, thus making thin the width of the fan. In the exhaust operation of indoor air, a motor 2 is driven, the fan 5 is rotated, the indoor air is supplied from an intake port 10 for introducing to a ventilation path 9 of a casing 8, and also the pressure of the fan 5 is increased by blades 3 and the ventilation path 9 for discharging from a discharge port 11 to a duct 21 for ventilation. The air conditioner controls air conditioning according to an environment state being detected by an environment sensor 14 that is provided at the middle part of the ventilation path 9 of a blower 1 for ventilation. The environment sensor 14 that is disposed halfway to the ventilation path 9 of the blower 1 detects environmental conditions such as temperature and moisture, or condensation, a miscellaneous gas, and a CO2 gas inside and outside a room.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely return a refrigerating machine oil discharged from a compressor to the compressor by setting the content of refrigerating machine oil circulating in a refrigerant circuit to be lower than the solubility of refrigerating machine oil to a liquid refrigerant in a refrigerator using a refrigerating machine oil whose mutual solubility is very low to the refrigerant. SOLUTION: This refrigerator is provided with a refrigerant circuit consisting of a compressor 1, a condenser 3, a pressure reducing device 5, and an evaporator 7 in a closed-circuit piping, and a refrigerant, especially not specified, is an R404A, etc., which is a mixture of R143a, R125 and R134a. A refrigerant machine oil uses such an oil that has a low mutual solubility to the R404A and of which specific gravity is smaller than a liquid refrigerant. The content of refrigerant machine oil circulating in the refrigerant circuit is set to be lower than the solubility of refrigerating machine oil to the liquid refrigerant. Thus, the refrigerating machine oil entering the refrigerant circuit is fluidized together with the refrigerant, thereby returning the refrigerating machine oil to the compressure surely and preventing the detention thereof within the refrigerant circuit.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the use of a large-sized crane in removal by constituting a lid part structure by use of an attachable and detachable reinforcing rib and a fittable and removable concrete block. SOLUTION: A lid reinforcing rib 13 is arranged on the vacuum sealing lid bottom plate 11 of a lid part structure 10 for a cryostat used for a nuclear fusion device. The rib 13 is formed of a fixed rib 13A connected to the bottom plate 11 by welding and a movable rib 13B attachably and detachably mounted thereon to form a plurality of partitioned chambers 13C. A neutron shielding concrete block 14A is fitted to each of the partitioned chambers 13C in such a manner as to be fittable and removable. The block 14A has a head part 14B protruded higher than the upper end of the ribs 13A and 13B when fitted to the partitioned chamber 13C. When the structure 10 is removed, the bottom plate 11 can be lifted by a small-sized crane since the block 14A and the rib 13B can be removed from the bottom plate 11. The form of the partitioned chamber 13C may be either of grid arrangement and parallel arrangement.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with bending work to reduce the number of assembling processes by constituting a lid part structure into a flat structure by use of a flat lid bottom plate. SOLUTION: A lid part structure 10 for a cryostat used for a nuclear fusion device has a vacuum sealing lid bottom plate 11 formed of a disc-like flat plate, which has a raised flange 11a on the peripheral part. A plurality of lid reinforcing ribs 13 are formed of linear beam members, and fixed to the bottom plate 11 and the flange 11a by welding, and a neutron shielding concrete 14 is filled between the ribs 13. The flange 11a has a plurality of key flanges 17 having flat square key engaging parts 18, and keys 19 fixed to the upper end part of a body part structure 2 are fitted to and engaged with the engaging parts 18. The flange 17 is movable in the radial direction of the bottom plate 11 so that the moment generated by the distortion of the bottom plate 11 can be released. The horizontal displacement of the structure 10 is constrained by the engagement of the engaging parts 18 with the keys 19.
