摘要： Concurrent cyclone extractor separator comprising: - a vessel (1) of elongate shape along an axis (X), of substantially circular section of inner diameter D1, of length L1, comprising at the first end means for introducing gas/solid mixture MA through a so-called external entry (4), the said means making it possible to impart, at least to the light phase LA of the mixture MA, a helical movement in the direction of flow of the mixture MA in the said vessel, - a so-called inner vessel (2), of elongate shape along the axis (X), of substantially circular section of diameter D2 which is smaller than D1, of length L2 which is smaller than L1, whose end close to the external entry (4) situated at a distance LS which is smaller than L1 from the outermost level of the external entry (4) forms the so-called internal entry (5) through which at least a proportion of the light phase LA enters, the said vessel being extended by at least one conduit (6), making it possible to remove the light phase LA separated outside the first external vessel, - a so-called second external vessel (3), of diameter D1, which has a substantially vertical axis of symmetry, connected to the said first vessel by an opening of diameter D1, the said second vessel collecting the dense phase DA separated from the mixture MA, which comprises means (10) for injecting a light extraction phase LB, the injection taking place countercurrentwise to the flow of the separated dense phase and at least partially into the said dense phase, which is at least partially fluidised, and comprises at least one exit (12) for the recovery of the at least partially desorbed dense phase DA.

摘要： L'invention concerne un procédé de régulation du niveau thermique dans un traitement en lit fluidisé et en continu d'un solide pulvérulent, dans lequel on effectue un traitement de ce solide dans une zone de traitement à lit fluidisé, on soutire de la zone une partie au moins du solide, on envoie cette partie du solide dans un échangeur (21) de chaleur externe contenant an moins un faisceau (22) de tubes d'échange thermique dans lequel circule un fluide de refroidissement vaporisable, on procédé à une régulation thermique en lit fluidisé par échange de chaleur indirect avec le fluide, on soutire la partie du solide ainsi régulée pour la recycler dans la zone de traitement ou pour la recycler dans une autre zone (1) de traitement. Plus précisément on fait circuler de manière descendante au moyen d'un fluide de fluidisation inerte ou non, en lit fluidisé, la partie du solide sur le faisceau (22) de tubes qui est enroulé de telle façon que le courant de solide croise les tubes et on fait circuler le fluide de refroidissement dans le faisceaux de tubes selon une seule direction. Application au craquage catalytique de charges pétrolières.

La conversion est effectuée dans un réacteur (100) dans lequel la charge est introduite par la conduite (20), le solide catalytique est introduit par le conduit (30) et le gaz d'entraînement du solide est introduit par le conduit (40) le réacteur est relié par un conduit (1) à un séparateur cyclonique (S) à co-courant permettant de séparer une phase solide d'une phase gazeuse, contenant les produits de la conversion, que l'on récupère par le conduit (4). La phase solide est envoyée, par le conduit (9), à un régénérateur (R) dans lequel les particules catalytiques sont au moins en partie régénérées avant d'être renvoyées, par le conduit (80) relié au conduit (30), dans le réacteur (100).
