摘要： PURPOSE:To restrain the oscillation of pipe voltage wave from so as to obtain a flat pipe voltage wave form, by controlling the output voltage of a DC transforming means synchronously with converting cycle of a DC-AC converting means. CONSTITUTION:A phase control circuit 32 outputs a phase angle corresponding to a pipe voltage signal EKV1 synchronously with a power source synchronous signal and controls a rectifier circuit 10 with phase angle through a drive circuit 33. In a chopper 3, a switching element 13 is synchronized with output signal of an oscillator 34 to make ON and OFF through a drive circuit 37 at the time ratio of output of a mono-multiplexor 35 determining pulse width by a pipe voltage signal EKV2. The ratio at the time of output of this mono-multiplexor 35 is given a gate by output of mono-multiplexor 42 showing time ratio of an inverter 4 and AND circuit 36. And current interrupted by the element 13 is smoothed by reactor 15 and a capacitor to become output voltage. The output voltage F of the chopper 3 is divided by a resistor 17 and compared with the signal EKV2 at an error amplifier 38, and fedback negatively to mono-multiplexor 35.
