When crystal grains of the dielectric ceramic are classified into first crystal grains having grain sizes larger than one-fourth of the thickness of the dielectric ceramic layer and second crystal grains having grain sizes not larger than one-fourth of the thickness of the dielectric ceramic layer, the first crystal grains and the second crystal grains have a peak P1 and P2 of grain size distribution, and the areal percentage of the first crystal grains on a cross section of the dielectric ceramic layer is 41 to 69%.

摘要： An image processing system includes a photographing apparatus and a processing apparatus. The photographing apparatus includes LEDs for emitting light with characteristics of spectroscopic distributions varied in a visible light area, an image pick-up device unit which picks-up a subject image that is illuminated by the LEDs and is formed by an image pick-up optical system and which outputs an image signal, and a control unit. The control unit sequentially lights-on the LEDs upon an instruction for photographing a subject spectroscopic image being input from an operating switch, picks-up the image, and thus controls the operation for capturing subject spectroscopic images. The processing apparatus includes a calculating device which performs a desired image calculation based on the image signal.

摘要： An optical system forms an optical image on an imager, and a read control block selects a read rule for the imager depending on a magnification addressed by a magnification address block. The imager transforms an optical image at an addressed area into electrical signals in compliance with the read rule. The read image signals are stored in n image memories, where n is the number of images necessary for ultra-resolution processing. Ultra-resolution processing is built up of a motion estimation block and a high-resolution image estimation block adapted to estimate image data having a high-resolution image sequence. A selector selects a basic image for motion estimation and an image that is estimated in terms of motion.

Upon creating a false tooth of a patient (59), a plurality of illuminating light of LEDs with different wavelengths emit light and a photographing apparatus (1A) photographs a tooth portion of the patient (59), thereby obtaining image data. The image data is sent to a dentistry filing system (2A) serving as a processing apparatus, and color reproducing data is obtained by calculation. The color reproducing data is sent to a dentistry factory (55) via a public line. Data is searched from a database (56) for calculating a ceramic compounding ratio, compound data of the ceramic false tooth is obtained, matching the color of the tooth portion of the patient (59), and the false tooth approximate to the tooth color of the patient (59) is created.

摘要： A dielectric ceramic represented by a general formula: 100BamTiO3+aROn+bMOv+cXOw (where R represents a rare earth element, M represents a predetermined metal element, and n, v, and w represent independently a positive number determined in accordance with the valences of the elements R and M and a sintering aid component X, respectively), and the solid solution regions of the secondary components in the main phase grains are 10% or less (including 0%) on average in terms of a cross-sectional area ratio. The sintering aid component X contains at least Si, and m, a, b, and c satisfy 0.995≦m≦1.030, 0.1≦a≦2.0, 0.1≦b≦3.0, and 0.1≦c≦5.0. In a monolithic ceramic capacitor, dielectric layers are formed from the above-described dielectric ceramic. Consequently, a dielectric ceramic having a good AC voltage characteristic, maintaining a desired large dielectric constant and a good temperature characteristic, exhibiting a small dielectric loss, and being capable of ensuring the reliability and a monolithic ceramic capacitor including the dielectric ceramic are realized.
