摘要： PURPOSE: To realize the system of a low price by allowing a CPU to have an optimum command for a plotting and constituting a graphics processing by only the CPU. CONSTITUTION: Character pattern data 31 of a character A are loaded in the register file 3031 of the inside of a CPU 10 to be accessed to an expanded pattern table 33. Data generated by referring to the expanded pattern table 33 are loaded in the register 3033 of the inside of the CPU 10. Moreover, color data correspoding to 0s of character pattern data 31 are stored in a register 3001 and color data correspoding to 1s of character pattern data 31 are stored in a register 3002. As a result, character data made into color are generated in a register 3004. Thus, the character A is plotted by repeating successively such a processing.

Then, line information and level information are managed by the internal RAM itself addressing, and pattern information and a stack are managed by the frame buffer addressing.

Two pairs of buses 2 and 9 in this two-port microprocessor 1 can be arbitrarily used for instruction fetch and data access and memories 3, 4 and 10 can be simultaneously accessed. Thus, memory access efficiency is improved and when this microprocessor is adapted to a graphic processor, the graphic can be transferred between the system memory 10 and frame memory 4 at high speed.

The nSTn finished for the reception of the response frame (d) transmits the line vacant frame (e) to give the transmission right to other stations.
