    • A method for transmitting broadcast service data in a single frequency network including a Radio Network Controller and one or more base stations each with a cell including one or more sectors, the method includes: transmitting, by the Radio Network Controller, broadcast service data and a first transmission time to the base station; and transmitting, by the base station, the broadcast service data to each of its sector after the first transmission time, where the broadcast service data is transmitted to adjacent sectors sharing a common station address at different transmission times. Also, the present invention discloses a system and base station for transmitting broadcast service data in a single frequency network. With this technical solution, the phenomenon of fast fading of received signals in the prior art which occurs at adjacent edge zones of adjacent sectors in the same cell of the single frequency network can be avoided, and thus improving performance of receiving the signals.

    • A method for data transmission in a TDD system is disclosed. The method includes: configuring, by a base station, a length respectively for a Downlink Pilot Slot (DwPTS) and an Uplink Pilot Slot (UpPTS) within a special field of a radio half-frame based on a current coverage area taking one Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbol as a unit, and issuing a configured result to a user device, wherein a total length of the DwPTS, a Guard Period (GP) slot and the UpPTS is kept to be 1 ms; constructing, by the base station, radio half-frames for data transmission according to the configured result. An apparatus for data transmission in the TDD system is also disclosed. According to the present invention, coverage area of different levels with smaller granularity is supported, radio resources are saved and transmission efficiency is increased.

    • A method for data transmission is disclosed. The method includes: performing, by a system, resource element mapping on modulation symbols which include data to be transmitted and reference signals and which are allocated to antenna ports of a designated type; performing antenna port mapping on the modulation symbols which are through the resource element mapping; and generating Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) signals based on the modulation symbols which are through the antenna port mapping and transmitting the OFDM signals via physical antennas. The present invention also discloses an apparatus for data transmission. In the method and apparatus provided by the present invention, through establishing a mapping relationship between physical antenna elements and antenna ports, beamforming weights are added to modulation symbols of users at the same time. Thus, beamforming operation of the users is implemented. Accordingly, the system may support flexible beamforming transmission on frequency-domain, which greatly improves the flexibility of data transmission of the system.

    • The present invention is directed to a multicell joint detection method, it deals against the interference between same frequency neighboring cell's signals in slotted CDMA system, and provides a joint detection method based on the multicell structure information. The method includes the steps of: using channel estimation of multi-set of codes to obtain channel estimation results of each neighboring cell; grouping each neighboring cell's code channel, including grouping based on the code channel's cell, grouping based on the code channnel's power or amplitude intensity, grouping based on the code channel's pertinence, and mixed grouping based on the above methods; making use of the channel estimation result and the result of code channel grouping to process the joint detection and output the detection data. This method makes full use of the structure information of each multicells signal, and efficiently restrains the multiple-access interference of the same frequency neighboring cell. This method can be used in slotted CDMA system or wireless communicataion system with similar signal structure.
