摘要： The invention provides a production process of glycolide comprising the respective steps of: Step 1 of heating a mixture containing a glycolic acid oligomer and a high boiling polar organic under normal or reduced pressure to reflux the mixture and at that time, conducting a total reflux operation in a reflux time within a range of 0.1 to 20 hours under conditions that substantially the whole amount of a distillate distilled out of a reflux system containing the mixture is refluxed into the reflux system; Step 2 of heating the mixture after the total reflux operation or a mixture obtained by adding the high boiling polar organic solvent to a glycolic acid oligomer component recovered from the mixture after the total reflux operation to conduct depolymerization; and Step 3 of collecting glycolide from a co-distillate.

摘要： Microprotein-inactivating ultrafine metal particles comprising ultrafine metal particles having a bond between an organic acid component and a metal, having an infrared absorption peak ascribable to the bond between the organic acid and the metal near 1518 cm−1, and capable of efficiently inactivating microproteins without impairing properties of the resin or formability thereof. When used in the form of a resin composition or a coating agent, the microprotein-inactivating ultrafine metal particles are capable of exhibiting an effect for inactivating microproteins.

摘要： Various embodiments described herein comprise hollow core (HC) photonic bandgap fibers (PBGF) with a square lattice (SQL). In various embodiments the, HC SQL PBGF includes a cladding region comprising 2-10 layers of air-holes. In various embodiments, the HC SQL PBGF can be configured to provide a relative wavelength transmission window Δλ/λc larger than about 0.35 and minimum transmission loss in a range from about 70 dB/km to about 0.1 dB/km. In some embodiments, the HC SQL PBGF fiber can be a polarization maintaining fiber. Methods of fabricating such fibers are also disclosed herein along with some examples of fabricated fibers. Various applications of such fibers are also described herein.

摘要： A hydraulic system 10 of the present invention has a hydraulic pump driven by a driving source 14, a hydraulic pump motor 52 driven by an operating oil discharged from the hydraulic pump and flowing in an oil path 50, an inertial body 60 connected to a rotary shaft of the hydraulic pump motor, an oil path 62 connected between an outlet port of the hydraulic pump motor and a load 22, an unloading oil path 64 branched from the oil path 62, and an on-off valve 68 inserted in the unloading oil path. In this configuration, as the on-off valve is opened and closed, a high pressure is generated in the oil path 62 by making use of kinetic energy of the inertial body. The inertial body is driven by hydraulic power and the inertial body is separated from the driving source, which also provides an effect of increasing degrees of freedom for an instrument layout.
