摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denitrification equipment for a waste heat recovery boiler which can spread uniformly a reducing agent without requiring a wide space. SOLUTION: In a denitrification equipment for a waste heat recovery boiler in which a steam superheater, a reducing agent injector, an evaporator and a denitrification catalyst reactor are arranged along the flow of exhaust gas from the upstream side, a reducing agent injecting pipe 2 with an injection nozzle 2a is provided in such a way that it is parallel to the rearmost pipe line 1a of a group of heat transfer pipes on the upstream side and its pitch is an integer-fold of the pitch of the rearmost pipe line and the injection pipe is approximately at the central line of the gap of the rearmost pipe line. In addition, the pipe at the rearmost line of a group of heat transfer pipes and the reducing agent injection pipe are arranged in such a way that the gap between them becomes in the range of at least one-fold and at most three-fold of the gap between the rearmost pipe lines.

摘要： PURPOSE: To realize ultrahigh efficiency denitration to decrease NOx value to the level of atmosphere with a small amt. of a catalyst while exhaustion of unreacted NH3 is suppressed. CONSTITUTION: This purifying device for exhaust gas is equipped with a catalyst layer 1 housing one or more catalysts 1-4 to remove NOx in exhaust gas 10 in the presence of NH3 . In this device, two or more kinds of catalysts having ammonia decomposing performance and denitrating performance are arranged, and in the most downstream side of the arrangement in such a manner that a catalyst 4 having the min. NOx production rate in each kind of catalyst 1-4 is placed in the most downstream side of the arrangement. By this method, the device can be operated at a high molar ratio so that the NOx value can be decreased to lower than the atmospheric level and the concn. of unreacted NH3 in exhaust gas can be decreased. Thus, ultrahigh efficiency denitration can be realized with a small amt. of the catalyst.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a high denitration ratio by preventing the lowering of an average denitration ratio due to the local deviation of molar ratio in a passage area just before a catalyst layer or the discharge of an unreacted NH3. CONSTITUTION:Although NH3 is incorporated as a reducing agent in an exhaust gas passage area upstream from a catalyst layer 1, a catalyst is used which comprises the first component having the activity as the catalyst for reducing nitrogen oxide by NH and the second component having either of the activity of producing NOx from NH3 and the activity of producing CO2 from CO. By using this catalyst, NOx in the exhaust gas is reduced and unreacted NH3 and CO are decomposed simultaneously without being restricted by the local deviation 2 of the molar ratio of NH3/NOx in an exhaust gas passage area just before the catalyst layer. Thus, the exhaust gas treatment is possible even when the local molar ratio of NH3/NOx in the exhaust gas passage area just before the catalyst layer is 1 or more, giving a high denitration ratio, while the decomposition of the unreacted NH3 and the oxidation of CO can be carried out efficiently.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent poisoning of denitration catalyst without lowering the combustion efficiency of a boiler or the like by adding a chlorine compound to ash in the denitration treatment having an ash recycle line. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust generated by the combustion in a boiler 1 is guided into a denitration device 2, and after being denitrated, introduced into an air heater 3 in the following stage for heat recover. Then, the same is guided into a dust collecting device 4 for dust removing, and after being desulfurized in desulfurization device 5, dispersed out of a stack 6 into air. In the process of passing through an ash recycle line 13, for instance, HCl, CaCl2 and the like are added from a chemical liquid tank 7 into the ash recovered by the dust collecting device 4, and the heavy metal component contained in the ash is removed as chlorine compound by transferring to an ash heating device 8 and being heated. Then, the ash from which the heavy metal component is separated off is fed again to the combustion device of the boiler 1 and burnt completely.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of a catalyst by providing a fluidized-bed auxiliary combustion furnace for burning a part of the ash recovered in a dust collector, an auxiliary dust collector for removing the dust in the exhaust gas generated in the auxiliary combustion furnace, and a line for returning the gas freed of dust to the upstream side of the denitration device. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust gas generated in a boiler 1 is denitrated in the denitration device 2, the heat is recovered by an air heater 3, and then the dust in the gas is removed in the dust collector 4. The collected dust is sent to the fluidized-bed auxiliary combustion furnace 7 through a cycle line 13 and burned, almost all the heavy metal components condensed in the ash are left in the ash, and the unburnt component is burned. The dust in the exhaust gas is removed in the auxiliary dust collector 9, the ash contg. the heavy metal components are removed in the collector, and the exhaust gas is recycled to a flue 18. The poisoning of the catalyst with the heavy metal components is prevented in this way.

摘要： PURPOSE:To considerably reduce deposition of dust under a catalyst layer, by arranging a plurality of approximately L-shaped rectifying plates under the catalyst layer, wherein the horizontal lengthes of said rectifying plates are made longer as the plates are positioned closer to the duct outlet. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas flowed through an upper duct 1 into the catalyst layer 2 changes its flow direction at the rectifying plates 9 and flows through a lower duct 3 toward the outlet. In this case, the flow velocity of the exhaust gas passing nearer to the gas outlet will be higher, but since length of the horizontal part 9a of each rectifying plate 9 is correspondingly lengthened, the flow resistance at the involved horizontal part 9a becomes higher and therefore the flow speed there is reduced. Thus since the flow velocity of the exhaust gas is uniformed in the lower duct 3, deposition of dust on a corner part 5 be considerably reduced.
