    • PURPOSE: A variable oil pump of vehicles is provided to improve NVH performance of the vehicles and the variable oil pump by decreasing rapid pressure changes of oil in a high-pressure discharge part through an edge groove and an extended part. CONSTITUTION: A variable oil pump of vehicles comprises a pump housing(110), an outer ring(120), an elastic body(140), a rotor(150), a plurality of vanes(160) and a cover. The pump housing comprises a pivot(111). The outer ring is connected to pivot and rotated around the pivot. The elastic body offers returning forces to the outer ring. A plurality of the vanes is installed on an outer surface of the rotor radially. The cover shuts down the pump housing. Engine oil suctioned from a low-pressure portion(L) of one inner side of the outer ring is discharged to a high-pressure portion(H) of the other inner side of the outer ring through a compression section(C) of the center inside. A groove is formed on an inner surface of the outer ring. An involute hole corresponding to the high pressure portion is formed in the cover. An extended part is formed in one side of the groove of the outer ring and extended to the low-pressure suction part.

    • PURPOSE: A method is provided to improve the control frequency of IPMSM(Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) by reducing time for executing a current map searching algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A motor velocity and a torque command is determined(S41). The motor velocity is determined whether it is between a first velocity index and a second velocity index(S42). When the motor velocity is a value between the first velocity index and the second velocity index, the torque command is determined whether it is between a first torque index and a second torque index(S46). When the torque command is a value between the first torque index and the second torque index, a current map interpolation process is executed. The first velocity index, the second velocity index, the first torque index, and the second torque index are saved(S50).

    • PURPOSE: A double folding seat of a vehicle is provided to make the double folding possible with a small operating force as increasing the safety by preventing the double folding in the abnormal manipulation of a user. CONSTITUTION: A double folding seat(1) of a vehicle comprises a latch(212) and an anchor. The latch is selectively fixed to the anchor prepared in a car body bottom and is released from the anchor according to the folding of a seat back(100) by the manipulation of a seat back folding lever(110) or the manipulation of a double folding lever(120). The seat back folding lever is connected through the first cable(111) to a cable fixing bracket(221). A lock gear which is elastically engaged with a sector gear is released by the seat back folding lever. The sector gear is connected to a lock cam of one of two latches and releases a lock plate from the anchor according to the folding of the seat back. The double folding lever passes through the third cable(121). The double folding lever is connected to a lock cam of the rest latch.

When the generator is not at the maximum generation mode, whether a maximum generation overflow flag is set is determined. When the maximum generation overflow flag is not set, whether a temperature rise limit overflow flag is set is determined. When the maximum generation overflow flag is not set, the current driving mode is maintained and a corresponding flag is set.

The inside of the partition member is hollow and plural through-holes(22) are formed on the wall surface of the partition member to damp the operation noise of a short wavelength.

The maximum value of the allowed time is checked if the difference value is more than the maximum difference value of the RPM or the difference value is less than the minimum difference value of the RPM(140). An abnormal flag of the engine and the generator is set if the maximum value of the allowed time is maintained(150).
