    • The present invention relates to a method for improving frequency-sharing efficiency between adjacent systems using an idle band. A method for allocating an operating channel priority between frequency-sharing systems includes a step of approximate channel priority allocation collecting information about information about target WSO (white space object) for allocating priority of active channels and classifying the active channels according to a predetermined reference; and a step of micro channel priority allocation checking an interference level of the classified channel and removing the channel.
