    • The present invention includes a carbon fiber prepreg layer formed by impregnating thermosetting resin on a fiber body in which carbon fibers are arranged in a unidirection; and a heat resistance reinforcement layer including an aramid fiber prepreg formed by impregnating thermosetting resin on a fiber body in which aramid fibers are arranged in a unidirection or an aramid fabric prepreg formed by impregnating thermosetting resin on an aramid fabric. According to the present invention, since the aramid fiber or fabric having excellent shockproof properties is included in the heat resistance reinforcement layer, an electrolyte is effectively prevented from being leaked due to the collapse of the internal layer by an external shock, so that excellent insulating properties may be achieved. In addition, since the present invention uses a carbon fiber prepreg instead of metal thin layers, used in the prior art, to prevent the permeation of water vapor gas and leakage of an electrolyte, the weight is reduced and the flexibility is improved, so that an internal layer is effectively prevented from being collapsed due to an external shock, thereby improving insulating properties and lightweight properties.
