CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a compound marked with chemical formula 1 comprises the following steps: suzuki coupling arylboronic acid based or aryl boronate based compound, with a halide aryl compound under the presence of a palladium catalyst to form a compound B marked with chemical formula 3; lithiating the compound B after melting into an anhydrous solvent, and reacting with a ketone compound to form a compound C marked with chemical formula 4; and linking the rings of the compound C at the acidic condition.
