    • PURPOSE: An ultrasound motor is provided to obtain accurate and superior power by fixing the outer frame of a stator with a slit to a motor housing. CONSTITUTION: A motor housing(110) is divided into an upper housing(110a) and a lower housing(110b). A rotary shaft(120) passes through the center part of the motor housing in a vertical direction. A stator(130) is fixed at inside of the motor housing. The rotary shaft passes through the center part of the stator. A piezoelectric element(140) is bonded with the lower side of the stator. The piezoelectric element generates bending vibrations to the stator in a pre-set direction under the application of a pre-set voltage. A rotor(150) is installed adjacent to the upper side of the stator. The center part of the rotor is fixed to the rotary shaft.

The control unit displays a plurality of function items on a display window(312). The control units inspects whether an international number search key is inputted. If not, the control unit displays a plurality of stored telephone numbers with country names(313). The control unit receives the input of an international telephone number to be dialed(314). The control unit displays the inputted international telephone number with the international automatic telephone identifying number and the international telephone numbers, and executes dialing for a telephone call(315,316).

    • PURPOSE: A composition of an observation air vehicle having wings and a method for driving the wings are provided to reduce dangerous risks against cities by minimizing weight and to correct positions and change directions at the original place by independently moving each wing. CONSTITUTION: A structure of an air vehicle flying with the flapping of wings includes a semicircular permanent magnet(3) formed in the center and divided into N and S poles to generate power for moving the wings and an electromagnet(4) closely contacted to the magnet and combined to move by a rotary supporting bar used for a commutator(6). If receiving voltage from a charger(9) and a voltage distributor(10), electric currents flow through a coil(5) and the magnetized electromagnet moves up and down to the poles. And then, the pole of input voltage of a brush(8) connected to the commutator is changed and the changed pole is applied to the coil again. Accordingly, the electromagnet repeatedly moves up and down, the wings connected to the electromagnet moves together, thus, the power for the wings is generated.

    • PURPOSE: A minimum offset coding method is provided to maximize a communication efficiency within a given bandwidth by minimizing a frequency error and an error rate owing to a multiple path. CONSTITUTION: In case of a digital binary data communication, communication data is divided into a unit bit word(N). A transmission bit is obtained by selecting any waveform, having a minimum DC offset, among a waveform of a (N+1)-bit word by 2 to the Nth. The other is transmitted together with a repeated bit sync signal using two waveform as a word sync signal. A receiver receives the bit sync signal and the word sync signal, and restores the converted (N+1)-bit word into the unit bit word of N bits.
